Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half-mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, in-season community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony's oceanfront features five oceanfront pools (including one indoor) and three kiddie pools, plus exercise facilities.
Sea Colony guest badges are required for all renters and guests (ages 4 and older). A valid guest badge is required to use any of the recreational facilities and amenities at Sea Colony, including the private beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis & pickleball courts, amenities at the West Lake Activity Center and Aquatic Center, Edgewater exercise room, Freeman Fitness Center, and the Sea Colony Tram Transportation System.
