Enjoy a relaxing vacation in the Award Winning Bayside Resort & Golf Club located In Fenwick Island.
The unit is located next to the Sun Ridge Pool complex. Enjoy the many amenities such as tennis, basketball, pickleball courts, 3 outdoor pools, kids splash zone, 20 person hot tub. Outdoor pool bar & grill and snack shack.

Bayside Health & Aquatic Club!! This facility is home to a heated 75-foot, five-lane indoor pool, hot tub, multi-purpose/aerobics room, locker rooms (men's and women's) each with saunas and fitness areas with state-of-the-art strength training and cardio equipment!!

The waterfront community pier and nature trails provide a great opportunity to enjoy the natural beauty that Bayside has to offer. "The Point" features a fishing pier, kayaking, paddle boarding, and a fire pit.

Besides the various amenities throughout the community, there is also the award-winning Freeman Stage with a full slate of summer entertainment including live dancing, music, and children's programs.

The community also offers the award-winning 18 holes Jack Nicklaus Golf course, sure to challenge golfers of all levels. It has a full-service clubhouse & pro shop with dining options that include "Signatures Restaurant”.

Perfect beach getaway!

Our family of 4 stayed here for a long weekend. The property is beautifully decorated and very clean. It feels like staying in a home away from home rather than a typical rental property. Owners had great communication and were very responsive. We definitely plan to stay here again!

Perfect family vacation

This was a perfect getaway for our family! Pool is right across the street from the unit which was perfect to bring our youngest back for his afternoon nap. The unit is very clean and the owners could not have been more responsive or helpful. 5/5 stars!

The condo was perfect for our group. Everyone had enough space and was comfortable. The condo had everything we needed. The owners were responsive and helpful before and during the trip. We were close to the pool and there are plenty of amenities to enjoy. We cannot wait to go back.

This property deserves a 10 out of 10. The unit was the cleanest we’ve ever been to at the beach . The owner was the nicest owner we’ve ever talked to or dealt with in a vacation property . John and Lisa are an absolute pleasure to deal with . You won’t find better owners . John talked to me over 2 hours during the summer to give information about his home . I’ve never met a more gracious or prideful owner in my life!! Simply the best !!!

Dance Moms Approved!

We needed a place for our dance Nationals that were taking place in Ocean City, MD and knew that we wanted some extra room that a hotel on the beach wouldn’t give us. A few others had recommended Bayside as a location and when we found John’s listing it felt like the perfect match - and we weren’t wrong! Location was only about 20 minutes to the convention center - perfect amount of time considering that we had to drive into OC about 4 of the 5 days we were there. John was great with providing info and getting our guest amenities passes booked for us! The condo was super clean and beautiful. Close to the main outdoor pool which was a bonus - wished we could have spent more time there! John was on top of all correspondence with us and a great host. If we find ourselves back in OC for another Nationals in the years to come I will for sure be coming back to this listing to book!

Fantastic Location/Great Owner!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo! The location couldn’t have been more perfect! Right next to the pool for al of our scheduled activities for a 40th birthday and centrally located in walking distance of restaurant and live entertainment. The owner was amazing and super responsive, which was much appreciated when we had questions. The condo was beautifully decorated and super clean, which was important since we had an infant with our family. We will definitely be back and will rent this condo again! Thank you!

wonderful place!

We had a very relaxing stay at Sun Ridge. The condo was spotlessly clean, spacious and very well equipped. We cooked often and our kids enjoyed the games. The pools, splash pad and playground in the development were very close and lots of fun. Fenwick Island State Park and Bethany beaches are both 10-15mins drive and beautiful. John was a very communicative and helpful host. Highly recommend!

John & Lisa Couldn’t have asked for better vacation. Condo is so cute - beds are really comfortable and everything we needed was there and John was great to work with. We actually left a day early because it had been raining . You really don’t have to leave the resort for much. ( we have friends in Bishops Landing & Bay Forest) and convenient to meet them for dinner. We just loved everything about our stay. Hope to get back next summer ( or before). Thank You

Family vacation rental

Our vacation rental at Bayside was beautiful! The property was as beautiful as it looked in the online photos and was immaculate when we arrived. The decor was lovely and it had everything we needed. John, the owner, was extremely helpful, responsive and informative. He couldn't have been nicer. The condo was in a great location right near the huge pool at Sun Ridge, which was awesome. We had a great time.
