Large, clean and comfortable bedroom with Queen bed in owner occupied home. This inviting home is in a quiet cul-de-sac minutes from Lake Oroville and Oroville Hospital. Room has private entry with patio with table and chairs. There is a microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker downstairs. Kitchen and laundry room are upstairs. Why they chose this property

We purchased this property in November of 2017, due to its proximity to Lake Oroville, its warm feel and beautiful surroundings. The short drive to Oroville for specialty coffee, shopping and restaurants (we can suggest a few really good ones) takes ten minutes.
The drive to our beautiful Lake Oroville is less than a mile!
