Very clean and well appointed, but ...

The place was immaculate and the beds were comfortable but there was no deadbolt on the front door, the side door or the sliding door. I didn't feel very safe. Also, as this is a first floor apartment in the back of the building (facing the parking lot) we couldn't raise the curtains.There was no safe, so we couldn't leave our passports or jewelry in the apartment and had to take them with us every day.There wasn't a bath stopper so baths weren't possible either.On the plus side, there was coffee (for which we were grateful) and lots of dishes and towels. I think with a few additions - like deadbolts and a bit of security - this would be a much more safer place to stay.

Dallas trip

This place was exactly what we needed for our weekend stay. We came for a cheer comp for my daughters and it was very convenient to all we needed to get to. Loved the access to the nature trail out back as well!

Quaint, quiet stay by Katy Trail

A clean and cozy spot in a nice neighborhood. Plenty of restaurants and amenities within walking distance. Place felt very private but not isolated.

The apartment is on a quiet street and nicely positioned between Oak Lawn and downtown. The apartment itself was super clean, is well-appointed, and has a great floor plan.

Holiday Visiting family

This property is very nice and great location. We have two dogs and having the Katy Trail at our back door was Awesome. When we encountered a problem, the property manager responded immediately and attended to the situation. We would definitely rent this unit again! Thank you!

Great location for Dallas trip

The location is perfect! We were visiting for the Cowboys game. A morning walk on the Katy trail is a great way to start the day. There are many restaurants within a 10 minute walk.

Great Location!

Loved the direct access to Katy Trail. Also a stone's throw away from very walk able Knox-Henderson with shopping and dining. Property was very nice; the off street parking a 5-star amenity. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Needs updating. Furniture uncomfortable, No bathroom connected to MB. No mirror in MB Linens need to be upgraded. Refrigerator doesn’t stay closed. No Keruig. Positive Close to SMU & clean.

Katy Trail Oasis

This is a very nice apartment near the Katy trail. Spacious and clean and very well appointed. A nice patio area is an extra we weren't expecting. Overall great experience.

Comfortable 2/2 on first floor

Very Clean, beds comfortable. Loved the 2 bath. Good location with off street parking. Nice Kitchen with good dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Street in can be tight with parked cars. But easily managed, wouldn't want to drive or park a Hummer there.
