Registration number (3474) If you are looking for a premier riverfront home in which you can relax and get away from it all, your search has ended. Our newly remodeled condominium reflects our desire to provide a premium home away from home people will want to return to every time they come to Colorado. Our home is furnished with the discriminating traveler in mind. From a comfortable king size bed, to a fully equipped kitchen and large flat panel television, you will not be lacking the amenities one would expect from a high end home.

Our home has a deck overlooking the river. Enjoy your breakfast, a cup of coffee or just the sound of the river as you barbecue your dinner in the fresh Colorado mountain air. This is the environment you would love to enjoy not just on your vacation but every day of the year.

Located in the perfect location on the Fall River, downtown Estes Park is a short walk (or drive) away. There are numerous artisan shops, restaurants and attractions in the downtown area. Rock Mountain National Park is about a ten-minute drive away. You can also enjoy horseback riding, hiking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, Jeep rentals and tours, concerts at Performance Park (walking distance) only minutes from Cinnamons (home made cinnamon and pecan rolls) Picnicking, Trail Ridge Road (Highest paved road in the U.S.) Lake Estes Marina, festivals and of course the fanciful treats of local confectioners.

There are two municipal golf courses, great wildlife viewing including elk, deer, big horn sheep, eagles, moose, and bear too.

You can climb Longs Peak and others, go fly fishing or drive over the continental divide to Grand Lake. It is a 4 minute walk to Downtown shopping, and a 3 minute walk to wood fired pizza. There are 2 go cart tracks, a giant slide, a climbing wall and other in town activities as well. There is also the amazing cool climate to enjoy.

There is currently construction at the Elkhorn Lodge. The entrance is not paved at this time.

Waterfall mountain retreat

Quiet condo with a private balcony facing a stream with a bubbly waterfall. Easy parking right outside the unit. Very convenient in and out and less than 5 minute drive to town center. Comfortable king size bed. The wifi was spotty but less an issue as we were mostly out enjoying the beautiful outdoor scenery and friendly spots to eat in town

Clean and comfortable

Close to downtown, yet private. You can hear the river rushing if you open the porch door, which is soothing. Elk and turkeys right outside the unit. Great location. No BBQ grill as photos show. Beware that Estes park is a dark city and you can’t see when you get there where the unit is. Directions don’t tell you to walk around the side of the house. Bring a flashlight. Only one message told us which unit it was and the key code, and I couldn’t find the message anywhere in my email or in the app, was only able to access it when I got frustrated and clicked on “message the owner”.

Beautifully updated, clean, close to town

Spacious for a two-week stay. We like the Fall River area because it's less commercialized yet close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. A photo of the two bedroom closets would have been helpful as we didn't know how much storage space there is.

Beautiful recently remodeled ( I believe) condo with a short walk to downtown Estes. Easy check in. Had an issue with the Wi-Fi initially but the owners took care of that and had someone out to fix the issue quickly. Highly recommend and we would love to rent this unit again!

Summer in Estes Park

This cozy cottage was conveniently located to allow us to walk into town for dinner and gain access to RMNP each day. The online photos accurately represent the cottage and the back deck overlooks a powerful stream. Parking was available close to the cottage. Even though there is contraction going on in the complex and surrounding area, it did not impact our stay. We had a pleasant visit.

Wonderful Week in Estes Park

Our week at the Couple's Retreat Lux Condo was both exhilarating and relaxing. We hiked and biked in RMNP during the day, rested on the deck overlooking the river in the afternoon, and walked the short distance to dinner and drinks each evening. Everything was as advertised: the condo was spotless and had plenty of room for the two of us.

First trip to Estes was perfect

We slept extremely well with the windows open and the most comfortable VRBO mattress we’ve slept on. We enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning and wine in the evening as we listened to the soothing sound of the creek. The cute condo is in a great location. We walked to town three of the four days and had a short drive to RMNP.

Everything you see and stated is true. The condo is clean, nice and perfectly located. Easy to check in and out. Everything was perfect with the exception of kitchen. Has all the basics for someone who eats out a lot. For the person who cooks a lot could use more kitchen utensils and other stuff, but overall would love to come back again and would defiantly stay here again if available.

My husband & I stayed 3 nights during the month of August & we loved it. Loved being able to open the balcony door and hear the stream! All 3 mornings we spent on the balcony watching & listening to the water. The condo is very clean, the bed & furniture are very cozy/comfortable, & the drive to “downtown” is under 5 min. The owners were quick to respond to questions and the space is stocked with more than the basics. We would definitely stay here again!!

Nice basic property for a few days stay in Estes Park. Not much in the nearby vicinity but you can walk to downtown in about 10 minutes. River noise is nice - balcony view is obscured by brush. Comfortable and clean and I would consider staying there again!

Amazing Stay

This was our second time staying at this location. We love being on the river and being able to walk into town. It’s quiet and clean. Well maintained property. Host is awesome. Very quick to reply with any question. On our way out we had the opportunity to meet the owner. Awesome human.
