This place was a great little place. There were just 2 of us, my sister and me, but there could be up to 4 people just as easily. The beds were so comfortable and we really liked the cozy feel of the whole place. It was nice to be able to relax outside on the little deck or inside at the table or on the couch. We would recommend this to anyone wanting to visit Savannah since the location was close to everything.
The host, Michelle, was always in contact. She provided great detail on parking and key code. Very comfortable home and a great location to Uber to Savannah. I would recommend this home.
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. The listing of the property was accurate to the house and location. It was perfect for two adults and our pup. It had everything we needed and was in a great location to all the things we wanted to do in Savannah. The neighborhood was quiet, parking was easy and the house was very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again if visiting Savannah. Thank you!
This Little Charmer is being modest. It has been remodeled and loved. The furniture and bedding is very comfortable and the kitchen is well supplied. The pictures Do Not do it justice. We were extremely surprised. This is a place we plan on staying at again in the future.
The little blue bungalow was the perfect spot for exploring Savannah with our two dogs. We enjoyed the walking proximity to the dog park at Daffin Park and quick drive to visit downtown. The kitchen is stocked with condiments and everything you need for cooking, and the beds were comfy. Michelle was very responsive, and made sure to let us know we should get in touch if we needed anything. Thanks, Michelle!
This property has recently been taken over by new owners and fills its bill as a boutique hotel. It's clean and the staff is very accomodating. It still has a few glitches to figure out ( room doors sticking after inserting key card, poor water oressure in toilets and showers). We're seasoned travelers abd don't mind a few glitches, but if you're wanting a Huatt experience for a lower price, stay away and give them a chance to work things out! Just stay tuned to reviews-I have faith in this place!
We were looking to spend New year's eve in Savannah on our way to Florida. This house suited us well. It is close to historic downtown, has two bedrooms, and is comfortably furnished. The rental price is very affordable, but the many fees add to that low number. Good working kitchen, pleasant covered porch with table and chairs in good weather (we had some rain). A quiet neighborhood (Except for the local New Year's fireworks). We would stay here again.
The property is old. You should inform the future renters about the neighborhood. We were not comfortable going out at night. Was located to historical district. Very clean home with everything you could need. Thank you.
We had a great stay at the little blue house near downtown Savannah. Tybee Island was a thirty minute drive. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed. It would have been nice to have microwave safe plates and salt and pepper, but had lots of other spices there. There was plenty of dishwasher pods, extra trash bags, and detergent which some rentals don’t have. The beds were very comfy. We preferred not to park on the street so we had to hop the curb to park in the grass which wasn’t the best, but manageable. Overall, a pretty good stay for the price.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Disliked: Location
Cute place - poor neighborhood.
We rented two nights and stayed one. Not any other women or families that we ever saw. We didn’t feel safe and ended up leaving a day early. Close to town but not in a safe neighborhood.
Renter was wonderful. Good communication but poor marketing as far as location.
We walked into this super clean, well appointed, adorable home. It was very convenient to downtown but we were surprised how quiet the neighborhood was! Met a couple of neighbors and they were very friendly. We parked on the side of the house in the yard. First day we got there the grass was super high, but its July so it rains everyday. We didnt say a word, but next day the grass was all mowed. Beds are super comfortable! We slept very well. Washer and dryer are quick and quiet. And it was a very nice touch in the fridge to have the bottom shelf all filled with condiments to use. My hubby, son and 3 dogs had a great time. And I want to say a special thank you because we have 2 German Shepherds plus another 40 pound mixed breed dog and a lot of places put weight limits or quantity limits, but not here which was the main reason we chose. Communication with Michelle was great. Plenty of room in the family room against the wall to put our huge crate. Would definitely stay here again!!

Not happy
When we arrived, there were boards on the front entrance that looked like someone was tearing something apart. We had to park at the back of the house, (neighbor was very helpful with where we should park) driving over the curb which was a little high. Unloaded our car dragging our luggage over the lawn and putting them on the back deck which was littered with a lot of leaves and dirt. Dishes were very dirty, I took pictures, coffee maker should be replaced, rusty hot plate. Inside the dishwasher was also dirty. I hand washed all my dishes. Could not find any laundry detergent, had to buy some. Mirror in bathroom was way too high, could only see my eyes and forehead. Did not like the silk feeling sheets. I only contacted the host about where the garbage barrel was and got a response in a timely manner. Barrel stayed by the street all week. Savannah had so many things to do, that we didn’t spend much time at home.
