TNT HD television and high speed internet. New fitted kitchen with electric fan oven and self-cleaning by pyrolysis, microwave oven, induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, electric mixer, kitchen scale , crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, baking dish, cake pans, pizza trays.

Marie Francoise is fantastic.

We stayed two weeks at Marie Francoise place in Pernes, what a great experience. The house is inmaculately clean, l wish my house was that neat. It is large and confortable with everything that you made need available. Kitchen well equipped, very confortable beds and lots of hot water. Air con is available but despite the hot weather we never had to use it as the house is so cool. The garden is an extra bonus,lovely for evening meals. Pernes is classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France. This is a great house with a fantastic, helpful and most gracious hostess. Cannot wait to be back. Sylvia & Arturo Letamendi. Agréable maison très bien équipée au calme proche du centre ville

Agréable maison très bien équipée avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin et avec un joli jardin. Hôtesse très sympathique qui réserve un accueil chaleureux. La maison est située dans un quartier calme et pourtant à quelques pas du centre.

Ruhiger und schöner Ausgangsstandort

Das Haus entsprach allen Beschreibungen und war für uns als Hundebesitzer ideal. Die ruhige Lage am Stadtrand von Pernes ist ideal für Ausflüge zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und schönen Orten im Umkreis. Wir waren restlos zu frieden und kommen gerne nochmal wieder. Constance & Roland

4 générations à Pernes les fontaines

excellente semaine, très belle région, avec de nombreuses visites à faire. Belle location très bien équipée, rien ne manque, un calme absolu, très proche du village. Note hôte, bienveillante, souriante et disponible. Nous recommandons sans réserve.

Einfach wunderbar!

Wir verbrachten eine außergewöhnliche Woche. Haus und Garten sind sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen und hat den vermieteten Haushalt gut organisiert. So ist das Haus von der Spülmaschine über Klimaanlage und Bügeleisen bis zur Waschmaschine komfortabel, umfassend und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation erfolgte in französischer Sprache, was aber selbst mit meinen dürftigen Kenntnissen möglich war. Die Vermieterin stand vor der Anreise für alle Fragen per Mail stets zur Verfügung und wäre auch während des Aufenthalts jederzeit ansprechbar gewesen (Telefon, Mail), was aber nicht notwendig war. Bei der Anreise gab es durch sie eine persönliche Begrüßung und Führung durch das Haus. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend. Im Ort sind Supermärkte, Bäckereien und Restaurants in Laufnähe. Der kleine Garten ist sehr einladend, wir haben ihn nur kaum genutzt, weil wir tagsüber unterwegs waren. Der Standort ist sehr geeignet für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen, z.B. Avignon, Pont du Gard, Rousillon, Gordes, Dentelles de Montmirail, Mont Ventoux, Arlès, Camarque und viele weitere. ES WAR EINE TOLLE WOCHE und ich kann das Mietobjekt uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Endroit calme avec jardin ombragé

Maison confortable, fonctionnelle et très propre. Jardin bien clôturé, idéal avec un toutou ! Les deux magnifiques mûriers apportent un ombrage parfait lors des fortes chaleurs. Très bon accueil de Marie-Françoise.

Super Woche in der hähe von Avignon

Sehr schönes und ruhiges Haus, geräumig, modern und komplett ausgestattet. Sehr freundlicher Besitzer, der sich einmischt, um Ihren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Tagesausflüge nach Avignon und Aix-en-Provence sind sehr zu empfehlen.

séjour à Pernes

Maison en lotissement mais au calme et sans vis à vis, proche du centre. Notre chien a bien apprécié le jardin. Le logement contient tout ce dont on a besoin et bien situé pour visiter la région. Notre hôte nous a accueillis très agréablement, à l'écoute et de bon conseil. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Les fontaines

Agréable séjour dans ce logement qui nous a permis de sillonner dans les beaux villages de Provence. Malgré une arrivée tardive, nous avons été très bien reçue par Madame JARRETIER-YUSTE et petits et grands la remercient bien vivement. Rien à redire sur le logement.

Maison agreable,très propre dans un quartier calme proche du bourg et des magasins. Lieu idéal pour sillonner la garigue en vélo ou visiter les petits villages provençaux. Marie Françoise s est également montrée accueillante et à l écoute.
