Presidential Two-Bedroom Suite at Grand Solmar Lands End Resort and Spa

Renting out my one week (7 days) stay at Grand Solmar Lands End Resort for 2019. It's a 2 Bedroom Presidential Suite with kitchen (with stove, no oven), refrigerator, dining room, and patio with an ocean view. One of the bedrooms contains 1 bed, and the other room contains 2 beds. Each room has an ensuite bathroom. There is also a murphy bed in a nook.


Ambiance:
The place is quite calm and relaxing, with no vendors trying to peddle their wares. It's great for those who wish to sit in the sun, or in the shade of an umbrella, and enjoy the pools with views of the Pacific.

Patio:
There is a large patio that looks out toward the ocean. It has a table for about 4-5 people, chairs, as well as lounge chairs.

Food:
There are multiple restaurants and bars, including swim-up and poolside bars. Everything this charged to the room and is paid at checkout. You can also take a short 10- minute walk into the town to eat out at varying restaurants. There is also a marina where you can book different types of activities. There is also a Walmart within driving distance where you can buy food and supplies. I personally have found that I can buy about $150 worth of food and alcohol at the local Walmart, and that covers a group of 4 for about 7 days.

Meal Plan:
They do offer an *OPTIONAL* all-inclusive meal plan, to be paid separately at check-in. The meal-plan requires a minimum of 3 days, and everyone in the room must have it if you decide to go that route.
