Fabulous time

This property does exactly what it says on the tin. It is comfortable, well laid out, light and airy, clean and well equipped. Our host met us and told us everything we needed to know. We enjoyed a lovely, relaxing stay.

Certainement une des locations les plus agréables que nous ayons louée ! Super bien équipée, grande cuisine, pièce de vie avec une vue incroyable qui évolue tout au long de la journée. Literie de grande qualité. Emplacement de rêve. Vous ajoutez à cela un hôte d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle et vous avez le combo parfait pour des vacances réussies. Plouescat est un village très bien situé pour découvrir le finistère nord. Plages et baie de Kernic à proximité. Roscoff ou l'ile de batz à 30 min. Côté commodité, supermarché à 5 min en voiture, dépot de pain à 200 m à pied de la maison. Bref, louez sans hésiter !

Rundherum schönes Ferienhaus

Wir sind (in diesem Haus) Wiederholungstäter. Das sollte alles aussagen. Es stimmt hier einfach alles! Lage, Einrichtung und Yvon Ropars ist ein sehr netter Vermieter. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen.

Séjour agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour . La maison était conforme à la description et aux photos sur le site. Location très propre. Notre hôte a été accueillant La localisation idéale, tout en offrant un cadre tranquille et reposant. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue mer. En résumé, nous recommandons vivement cette location et nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir pour un prochain séjour.

Un bel endroit à découvrir avec de belles randos à faire. Location agréable et bien esuipee avec une belle vue sur la mer. Un point negatif sur l absence complète de produits ménager pour le petit entretien du quotidien. Prevoir ses torchons eponges et serviettes de bain.

Prachtig luxe huis

Na een zeer vriendelijk ontvangst door de eigenaar hebben wij (gezin)een weekje ongelofelijk genoten van onze vakantie in dit prachtige huis, welke echt is voorzien van alle luxe, en op een steenworp afstand van de mooie Bretonse kust ligt. Top huis, top locatie, heerlijk!

Great House with a lovely view

Lovely well equipped house in a great location with bar and restaurants within walking distance. Great terrace with lovely view of the sea - we enjoyed watching visitors having their photo taken with the Plouescat Hippocamp. For any future English visitors, ensure you take towels with you (we did having been caught out before), bed linen is provided. Yvon was very helpful in all communication.

Tolle Ausstattung und Lage

Hier hat alles gepasst. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, das Haus ist sehr sauber. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist traumhaft und in ein paar Schritten ist man direkt am Meer. Ein toller Badestrand befindet sich direkt um die Ecke und der Küstenwanderweg GR 34 ist gleich in Nähe. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter klappt sehr gut. Brötchen und leckere Crepes gibt es gleich um die Ecke. Wir fanden den Urlaub spitze und kommen gerne wieder.

Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben 10 wunderschöne Tage in der Bretagne verbracht. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet, wir haben den lichtdurchfluteten Wohn-Essbereich sehr genossen, der Blick auf die kleine Bucht ist ein Traum. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstrasse. Die kleine Bucht direkt in der Nähe des Hauses ist nur bei Flut zum Schwimmen geeignet, aber auch der Fußweg zum Strand von Plouescat ist sehr schön durch die Dünen. Vielen Dank für die freundliche Begrüßung durch Herrn Ropars, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Traumhaus mit Traumblick

Hier ist alles perfekt: ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit großer Dachterasse und einem unglaublichen Blick auf das Meer. Plouescat lädt zum Wandern, Radeln und Baden ein. Traumhafte Strände findet man ganz in der Nähe, die nie überlaufen sind. Gutes Essen direkt am Meer gibt es im 1 km entfernten Roc A Mor, eine Tischreservierung empfiehlt sich schon vor dem Urlaub. Der Vermieter Monsieur Ropars ist sehr nett und zuverlässig. Wir kommen bestimmt ein viertes Mal an diesen schönen Ort zurück.

Wie schon diverse Vorgänger beschrieben, schönes gepflegtes Haus mit super Blick auf das Meer. Alles sehr stilvoll und geschmacksicher eingerichtet. Der Empfang und auch die Endabnahme durch Herrn Ropars war völlig unkompliziert. Herr Ropars ist sehr freundlicher und sympathischer Mensch.

très très bien

Très belle région avec pleins de possibilités de balades ,de très belles plages et , ces cailloux qui font travailler notre imagination et retrouver notre âme d'enfant. Pour accompagner le tout, dans une maison raffinée, moderne et très bien conçue. Grandes chambres très belles salles de bain, une cuisine fonctionnelle et bien intégrée dans la pièce de vie donnant sur une terrasse très agréable avec vue mer . En un mot .....parfait. Merci Yvon pour votre accueil et votre discrétion.
