Midtown is one of Atlanta's oldest neighborhoods. It's a unique mix of homes and apartments, close to offices, conference centers, and Georgia Tech. This is a very walkable area of the city, offering visitors dozens of food and entertainment options within a few minutes walk. It is also walking distance to Piedmont Park, Beltline Atlanta, and Ponce City Market. Feel free to check out our guidebook for additional recommendations. The closest intersection is Argonne and 5th street. Ideal transportation is walking, biking, or using Lyft/Uber. They are fast and cheap in Atlanta. North Avenue MARTA train station is less than a mile away. This neighborhood is very walk-able. Midtown also has a Relay Bike Share program and electric scooters.
