Our condo is a 2 bedroom/2 bath ground floor condo. It is GROUND FLOOR WALKOUT to the beach with unobstructed views! No messing around with elevators and stairs from higher floors...just walk out the patio door and you are steps to the beach!!!

Imagine a place where you can wake up to a beautiful sunrise every morning from the comfort of your master bedroom. Our condominium is ground floor in the center of the building and literally steps to the beach! Enjoy the panoramic views from the master bedroom, living room and kitchen. Relax on the patio in the evening and enjoy the sound of the ocean and the peacefulness provided by a very special condominium in a very special place. You simply will not find a condo on South Padre Island with better views and beach access.

Our condo is truly 'home' and you will feel that from the moment you walk through the front door. Tastefully decorated and meticulously maintained, indulge yourself in the experience of an exceptional vacation getaway.

Beautiful. Very cozy! Well decorated and clean. Love the pantry with basic needs plus. View of ocean is so nice from the wall of windows… and access to beach couldn’t get much easier. Would stay again!! Kitchen renovation - amazing.

Perfect getaway

We've been coming to SPI for 40 years and don't know how we missed this jewel. These condos are well managed, very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. The condo we stayed in was as described. Well appointed and very clean (beautifully decorated - a plus). As it says in the title the view was amazing and the walk to the beach is only steps from the back door. These owners thought of everything. We just wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks for a great getaway.

Perfect location

This was our first time on South Padre Island and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was! The condo was amazing and spacious and we loved how close it was to the ocean. Great location. Beautiful views of the gulf shore and beach from the living and bedroom. Furnishing are first class and stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub but primarily walking out of the place right onto the beach.

Great Location & Beautiful Views!

The condo was fantastic! Spotless and clean! It was stocked with all the stuff we needed. Check in and out was super easy. The views in the morning are simply breathtaking. Beach access is close and the beach is amazing! You're at the very tip of the island so it's less busy and more relaxing. The pool, Jacuzzi, and pickle ball court is an added bonus. The property is gated and very well maintained. We will be back!

Relaxing stay

We were reluctant to go because of Covid concerns,cleanly ness, but owner assured us his cleaning lady that had worked for him for 15 years would have it spotless. It was and furnishings were like new. The quite of the condo and it’s perfect view of the Gulf made it perfect for relaxing our days away. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would come back again.

Best location condo on the island

This condo was beautiful and very clean. It has security on premise and a lock gate to go through so I felt very safe. Great location away from the busy traffic and hotels. Nice pool and hot tub. Enjoyed playing tennis with my son which the condo furnished the rackets and balls. If you want a relaxing place to say at, this is the condo for relaxing and for young family with kids. Owner Ed always got back to me right away when I had any questions. I would definitely stay here again!!

Our stay was wonderful, clean, convenient and exactly as described. We could not have asked for more. The owners even called us to warn of a potential issue (that wasn’t ) and solutions for a fix. I didn’t answer my phone, so they sent a text and called the condo. A wonderful trip, thanks for sharing your home with us.

Exceeds the write up

This is an outstanding property. Views of the beach from your porch and the den abound. The beach is one of the last on the island and affords privacy and less crowds than those condos in the middle of the island. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could possibly need to cook and the pantry was generously stocked. Ed was prompt and accommodating in all my communications with him. The condo complex is very well maintained! Rarely do places end up as good as the write up indicates, but this one exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Ed, for sharing your "home away from home" with us.

The property was nice. We were disappointed that the Island was not good for biking or much else to do for active people. The weather was not good, too foggy. Though, weather can’t be helped. Also, South Padre is not easy to get to, we most likely will not return. None of this has anything to do with the property

Perfect vacation getaway

This condo is perfect in every way! It has everything you need from cookware, utensils, and glassware. The bathroom and kitchen towels are so nice. They have thought of all the small details that make the stay wonderful. We loved the location and being on the ground floor allowed us to walk right out and onto the beach. The unit is the cleanest we have ever been in - very impressed. The owner was so good about informing us of anything that might come up. The communication with the owner couldn't be any better. It is also very quiet. The condo building was constantly being cleaned and well maintained. I loved the pool area. So glad we stayed and will definitely come back!!

The complete package

This condo has everything you need. Steps from the beach. It is stocked and furnished like a home. The owner is attentive and professional. He communicates throughly. He provides information on where to eat and things to do. Virginia is a face to the property. She is local. She cares for the inside of property units and guess. She goes puts in the extra effort to make you stay the best it can be.

Our favorite family getaway!

This was our second stay at the condo & it was just as perfect as the first time! The condo was so clean & smelled so good! The cleaning staff does an incredible job. The condo really does feel like home. It is perfect for our family of four. The view is amazing. You can't get any better than that! Waking up to the view of the ocean & being able to enjoy your morning coffee on the patio with that view takes all your worries away! So relaxing! We had so much fun & made so many great memories at your condo. We can't wait to come back again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us again!

The view ❤

We loved our stay! The location of the property was perfect! You didn't have to drive down the crazy main strip to get to the condo. The view was awesome and it had everything you could need! My only issue was that there were dirty dishes in the dish washer, and the cleaning staff was snippy and very rude both times I had interactions with her. She spoke to me like I was a child and couldn't comprehend what she was saying to me. Other than that, we loved every bit of it!
