We loved the location in Iron Wood! But some of the landscaping was dead. Back patio had dead fruit tree( not a great look). TV’s did not work properly. Moldy shower curtain, broken lamp shade , leaky faucet. Property manager was responsive.

Nice location, property needs repairs and updates
Wonderful location. Price competitive.
Guest bathroom vanity light not working.
Guest bathroom had drops of blood and had not been mopped. Kitchen had not been mopped either.
Pots and pans old and worn out with scratched teflon (poisonous).
Master bath fan as loud as an airplane motor.
Refrigerator needs to be replaced.
All window coverings worn out and need to be replaced. Bedroom blinds do not even reach the bottom of the sliding doors.
TVs all old and hardly working. One is an old CRT model!
Kitchen pantry door sticks and has a note not to close it.
Dishwasher does not clean the dishes and the soap dish does not open.
Dimmer in dining room is not electronic and will not dim the light.
All knives were extremely dull and are a hazard.
Wrong light bulb used in garage door opener. No spare bulbs to be found.
Garage floor was filthy...is that vomit?
Living room TV cabinet doors not working. Label says not to try to use it.
Deck not clean nor had been in months.

You Get What You Pay For
This property is located within a beautiful golf course, on a prime corner lot. We were pleased to find a one-week rental, as most places require a one-month rental timeframe. It was cheap, but you get what you pay for — this place was out-dated & in need of not just basic repairs, but a total overhaul. Outdoor entrance lights were burnt out, there were several stains on the carpets, garage & desk drawers were filled with what looked like years-old possessions that had been abandoned. The kitchen was adequate, but cutlery & dishes were old. Vertical blind veins were missing, patio screens were in poor repair, TVs were small. The whole place feels like it’s been neglected.

Ironwood 2 bedroom review - the worst
Love Ironwood, have stayed there for years. Great location, the place itself was so dirty and dusty it was horrible, not well cared for at all. The lamps were all broken, the couch was filthy, food in the chairs, bedding was old and dingy. Way too many personal belongings of the owners the garage was like a junk yard. There were cockroaches in it and I would NEVER stay there again.

Disappointing for the price
Ironwood is a beautiful country club. Sadly, this condo was not. The unit was dirty (food not vacuumed on floor, furniture) and trash not picked up. TVs didn't work and the screen was off the runner. I did not think it was worth the price per night.

Beautiful Area
We enjoyed the area immensely and went on daily walks through a gorgeous neighborhood. The property could use some updates, especially in the kitchen, as appliances are very dated and dishes/pots/pans are limited. It is a quiet area and we found it to be very relaxing.

Tranquil Oasis
This home had all of the basics we needed. Access to large garage and just literally steps from the pool area. Right against the mountains in a quiet country club but still in the middle of town/close to restaurants and local spots! We loved our time here!

Would not rent this unit again, unless some issues were resoved
The unit is in a lovely private club setting. Below are some of the issues that we feel need addressing.
Inside:
Kitchen is very sparsely equipped. No baling pan, no soup ladle, etc.
Carpet has many large dirt spots.
Not having a garbage can in the garage, and just dropping bags on the floor, creates a smell after a few days.
We were told (quite late) that there was no internet access, yet there was an active modem, as well as a router in the master bedroom. Why no access?
No cable TV, almost unheard of in this day and age.
Outside:
Night lights alond path to front entry only had one out of three functioning.
Light right outside front door burned out, making it difficult to access door with key in the dark.
A large cactus died at some time and is just leaning against the lower wall,
other shrubs sparse or dead, making for an unattractive entry,
