This beautiful, totally renovated, ground floor, direct oceanfront villa features comfortable living space to relax and enjoy one of the world's top 10 rated beaches. We have just completed a total renovation to include all new flooring, shiplap ceilings, carpeting, granite counter tops, appliances, cabinetry, furnishings, bedding, and baths. The Living Room includes: flat screen tv, and dvd player. Check out our new dining table and chairs that will seat 7. The well stocked kitchen includes a full size, stack washer and dryer for your convenience. Our master bedroom includes a king sized bed, flat screen tv, dvd player and private bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 double beds, flat screen tv, and dvd player. The guest bath features a tub/shower combination.

Telephone, cable and Wi-Fi are included for your convenience. Maximum (2) Parking Passes. No grilling allowed on the Shorewood Property.

Watch the sun rise and set from your private balcony, which can be accessed through the living room or master bedroom. You couldn't find a better seat!!!

This private, gated community features a brand new pool complex to include a zero entry pool, hot tub and restrooms. The Shorewood pool is heated, seasonally. Relax by the pool or explore one of the top rated beaches in the world thru Shorewood's private gated access.

Be sure to visit Coligny Plaza for your grocery shopping and pharmacy needs. While you are there, be sure to explore the specialty shops and restaurants. Also, located within a few blocks is Van Der Meer Tennis Center and workout facility.

Rent bicycles from Riding Tiger Bike Rentals. Ask me the details when you book. Explore the endless bike paths where you are sure to spot an alligator sunning on one of the many scenic lagoons located throughout Hilton Head. Alligators are dangerous and you should not approach them or feed them.
