Modern, bright and spacious apartment with 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies.

Great location in a quiet residential area with a secure private parking.

5 minutes walk to the city centre, to the bus&train station for trips to Nice, Menton, Monaco and Italy.

7 minutes walk to the beach and Croisette.

A short walk to ''Foreville'' fruit and veg market and the superb shopping at ''Rue de Antibes”.
King size bed in both bedrooms. Large wardrobe with hangers.

Equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, microwave, full range stove& oven, Wifi & Int. TV channels + Netflix and movie channels.

There is a large LED TV with a BluRay player and surround sound.

Dinning is possible inside and also outside on both balconies.

2 full bathrooms with toilet/sink/shower of which one is an ensuite.

Bed linen and towels are provided and Iron, hairdryer, drying hanger and plenty of storage. During Film festival I accept minimum 10 nights booking.

Schöne Wohnung, schwieriger Parkplatz

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz war leider schwer zu erreichen mit einem großen Auto.

Schöner Schein mit Hygienemängel

Das Apartment ist wie auf den Bildern geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leider mehr Schein als sein, denn die Sauberkeit ist mangelhaft!!! Es wurde umgehend die Putzfee geschickt, die Mängelliste wurde abgearbeitet, jedoch mehr schlecht als recht. Die zweite Dusche konnte nicht genutzt werden, da die Armatur defekt ist, angeblich erst seit der Ankunft. Laut Vermieterin kam es noch nie zu Beschwerden, was bei solchen Kalkflecken und Schimmel in der Waschmaschine sehr unwahrscheinlich ist. Die vorgefundenen Handtücher haben somit gestunken. Das große Bild im Schlafzimmer stand auf dem Boden, die Leuchte ums Bett war lose…usw. Die gegenüberliegende Firma für Kühlprodukte, gibt dem Urlauber den Rest. Laut Vermieterin handelt es sich um ein Wohngebiet, die Gemeinde wüsste Bescheid und würde Polizeikontrolle durchführen, ein guter Scherz!!! Nacht für Nacht haben die LKW‘s abgeladen/aufgeladen…Trotz geschlossener Fenster war das Piepsen der Lkw’s und das Geschrei der Mitarbeiter zu hören.

Una casa ben attrezzata e comoda per tutte le soluzioni

Siamo stati molto bene per una settimana in questa proprietà che si è dimostrata molto comoda per tutto, potete facilmente raggiungere la spiaggia, i battelli per le isole, il mercato di Forville. La casa è molto attrezzata anche nei dettagli. La possibilità del box per l’automobile è un pregio fondamentale per Cannes. Assolutamente da consigliare

L'emplacement et l'équipement sont vraiment les points fort de ce logement. La rue est un peu bruyante le matin sur le grand balcon mais comme l'appartement est traversant le petit balcon est bien agréable. Nous recommandons ce logement bien exposé, bien situé et dans lequel nous avons été bien accueilli.

Super Lage und nette Vermieterin

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck, in der Küche ist alles was man braucht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich. Da wir nicht an den überfüllten Stränden von Cannes liegen wollten, hat sie uns schöne Badebuchten in der Umgebung empfohlen. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Für die Garage muss man mit einem großen Auto allerdings gut rangieren können, aber man kommt rein. Eine schöne, empfehlenswerte Wohnung.

L'appartement correspond effectivement à sa description et les photos publiées. Renové, moderne et ambience chaleureuse. L'appartement est à 5 minutes d'une boulangerie et d'un SuperU et qu'à 15 minutes à pied du Marché de Forville et de ses commerces et de la zône piétonne. On n'a pas touché à la voiture pendant les 2 semaines. Petite info: la voiture (Toyota RAV4) était garée pendant notre séjour dans un box de garage sécurisé. Autre avantage: un petit parc directement derrière l'immeuble nous permettait de sortir notre chien matin et soir sans faire 1000 pas pour trouver un coin de verdure. Denisa, la propriétaire, était très effective dès notre 1er contact et très aimable et flexible.

Great place to stay in Cannes.

The property is just as it looks in the photos. It is very nice and clean and very well appointed. It is a pretty quick walk to the harbor and shopping district--a nice and quiet neighborhood. Denise is extremely responsive and was there to check us in and out. If you rent a car, get a smaller one. The parking is tight and it would have been easier with a smaller car. Overall, however, this is an excellent rental, a great place to stay while you are in Cannes. The owner is extremely helpful.

High end apartment, well placed for Cannes centre.

This apartment is way above any that we have rented before. Furniture is luxurious and every need is covered, apart from microwave, with much more of everything than the minimal supplied in many lets. Wifi and entertainment is superb. Only a short walk to the station so the car stayed in the lock-up garage all week, so relaxing. Easy stroll to central Cannes and all activities without much of a slope. The owner was called away during our visit but was easily available and ready to answer any questions we had. Definitely on our list for our next stay in Cannes.

We visited Cannes for a three day-long holiday and we were really satisfied of our stay. The apartment is located in a strategic position: not too far from anything; actually, from there you can easily reach Forville market and the old town or, in the opposite direction, the new town and some nice beaches. Furthermore, the Croisette is not far! :-) VERY IMPORTANT: there's a garage belonging to the flat, essential to avoid wasting a lot of time looking for a parking place. Nearby the flat you can find anything you need for everyday life: a supermarket and a small but really good boulangerie ;-) The housekeeper welcomed us warmly; She has been very kind and helpful :-) The flat is nicely furnished and clean and it's ideal for four people: there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a kitchen and a nice living room; moreover, there are two balconies: one in the front of the building (which is larger) and one in the back (smaller but really nice in the early morning). We went on vacation with our dog, who enjoyed his stay too :-P; close to the apartment there's a small, well kept, park, where dogs are allowed.

Why they chose this property

This apartment feels like home, newly refurbished, spacious and light. Extra privacy with 2 bathrooms, extra storage room with large wardrobes, extra comfort with large king size beds in both bedrooms. Parking for driving guests and 5 minutes away train station for other guests are great benefit.

What makes this property unique

This apartment has been refurbished in May 2018 so everything is new and modern. We tried to make it look trendy yet simple. It is spacious and the second bathroom makes a big difference. There are two balconies so the breeze through the flat is so nice in summer and makes the apartment really bright. The location is fantastic and the secure parking is a real benefit as parking in the centre is very difficult and expensive. I rented my place to people before so I have the experience to be an efficient and reasonable person to deal with.
