Bon séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une maison propre et idéale pour une famille. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation qui a été bénéfique avec les températures élevées que nous avons eu. Le quartier est calme très agréables. Nous recommandons cette maison pour ceux qui recherche le calme et la tranquillité.

Entspannter Urlaub in traumhaftem Haus

Das Ferienhaus ist gut geschnitten und hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet - man merkt, dass die Besitzerin Innenarchitektin ist. Die Ausstattung ist reichhaltig und in sehr gutem Zustand. Durch die Nordausrichtung war es in dem Haus sowie in dem schönen Hof auch im August nicht zu heiß. Der alte Ortskern, in dem sich das Haus befindet, ist klein, aber freundlich - Bäcker, Restaurant etc. sind vorhanden. Zum moderneren Badeort mit schönem Strand sind es weniger als zehn Minuten mit dem Auto. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Ausflugsziele und Badestrände. Die Vermieterin ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder mieten.

séjour reposant, nous nous sommes gorgés de soleil et de fruits dans cette charmante région.

Eine tolle Woche Familienurlaub in Saint Marie la Mer

Wir haben mit unseren zwei Kindern und den Großeltern eine wunderschöne Woche bei Claudine und Bernard verbracht. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in Saint de Marie la Mer Village und hat keine direkte Anbindung ans Meer, was wir aber schon vorher wussten und uns nicht gestört hat. Nach Saint de Marie la Mer Plage braucht man mit dem Auto ca 5’ oder mit dem Fahrrad 10’. Fahrräder waren für uns alle zur Verfügung gestellt worden und wurden auf den angenehmen Radwegen auch ausgiebig von uns genutzt. Unser Fahrzeug konnten wir in der Garage unterbringen. Das Haus hat eine toll eingerichtete Küche, an der es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Die Terrasse war bei der tollen Wetterlage zu jeder Mahlzeit der Platz unserer Wahl. Für eine gute Durchlüftung des Gebäudes sorgt eine Lüftungsanlage. Aufgrund der Außentemperaturen jenseits der 30 Grad war es im obersten Stockwerk jedoch deutlich wärmer als unten. Allerdings haben zahlreiche, mobile Ventilatoren Abhilfe geleistet. Alles in allem ist das Haus sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und modernisiert. Zahlreiche von den Eigentümern selbst gemalte Bilder schmücken die Wände. Dadurch dass der Ort eine tolle Ausgangsposition für Ausflüge in der Region ist, würden wir gern nochmals die gleiche Wahl treffen.

Un endroit à découvrir!

Cette propriété est très bien décorée. Leurs propriétaires sont charmants et très accueillants. Idéalement située pour découvrir la Côte Vermeille.

Sehr nettes Haus - nur 2 km zum Strand

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage. Bäcker, Supermarkt und Restaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Strand ist ca. 2 km entfernt. Es standen Fahrräder (Auch für Kinder) zur Verfügung mit denen man sehr gut zum Strand gelangen kann. Der Strand ist sehr schön, im Wasser etwas kieselig, und war nicht so sehr überlaufen.

Superbe location

Nous avons passés avec nos trois enfants un excellent séjour. La maison est conforme à la description et très propre! Les propriétaires sont on ne peut plus charmant, à l'écoute et de bons conseils pour les multiples visites possible dans cette belle région.. Merci! Ausgesprochen schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist behutsam renoviert und verbindet perfekt altes Gemäuer mit modernem Stil. Es bietet reichlich Platz (3 Stockwerke), ist äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit tollen, vom Vermieterehepaar gemalten Bildern dekoriert. Die Ausstattung lässt an nichts mangeln. Schön ist auch der dazugehörige uneinsehbare kleine Innenhof. Sainte-Marie ist ein netter, noch nicht so touristisch überlaufener Ort wie z.B. Canet-Plage. Der Bäcker ist um die Ecke und auch größere Lebensmittelgeschäfte gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Dank der freundlicherweise von den netten Vermietern kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder waren wir im Nu am Strand (zu Fuß 15-20 Minuten). In Sainte-Marie gibt es übrigens an altem Gemäuer und in idyllischen Winkeln zahlreiche faszinierende Trompe-L´Oeil-Malereien von Herrn Gout zu entdecken! In der näheren und etwas weiteren Umgebung kann man viele schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten und Landschaften erkunden. Für einen wunderschönen Urlaub sehr zu empfehlen.

Charme européen

Charmante propriété très propre, cuisine moderne, salles de bain impeccables. Le jardin extérieur privé a été très apprécié particulièrement pour prendre les repas. Cette maison est située à proximité de tous les services et de la plage. Les propriétaires sont accueillants tout en étant discrets. La visite du village est très intéressante pour admirer les trompe-oeil réalisés pas monsieur Gout, conjoint de Claudine. Maison à recommander fortement. Renaud-Poirier

La qualité du gîte, tant par son niveau d'équipements, sa situation géographique (proche des lieux d'animation balnéaires tout en étant suffisamment distant pour un meilleur confort et repos) son dimensionnement ainsi que son raffinement font qu'il ne peut recevoir que des critiques des plus positives. Un grand merci aux charmants propriétaires, qui savent être disponibles tout en restant discrets - A noter également que ces derniers proposent un produit d'excellente qualité avec un tarif restant raisonnable permettant ainsi de s'adonner à d'autres plaisirs Agnès, Bruno et leurs 3 enfants

Une charmante propriété

Nous avons séjourné dans cette superbe propriété décorée et aménagée avec le plus grand soin par ses charmants et accueillants propriétaires en juin 2016. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants, il y aurait amplement d'espace pour deux autres adultes, facilement. La localisation est fort intéressante, près de plusieurs sites d'intérêt. La ville de Ste Marie la mer est elle même fort coquette. Le confort de cette propriété est absolu, tous les accessoires nécessaires sont présents, et la petite cour intérieure est parfaite. Enfin, la qualité des propriétaires doit être soulignée, elle fait la différence entre un séjour réussi et un séjour d'exception. Par exemple, ils ont mis à notre disposition des vélos pour toute notre petite famille (enfants de 6 et 8 ans)! En un mot: grandiose! Famille Renaud du Québec

MAISON DE VILLE AVEC TERASSE

Belle maison avec terrasse très bien située pour visiter la région sans faire trop de kilomètres. L' intérieur est décoré avec beaucoup de goût très bien équipée et très bien entretenue. Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et disponibles. Je vous recommande cette location et pourtant je suis très difficile. Si je reviens dans la région je la relouerai.

Tolles , sehr sauberes Haus

Das Haus ist komplett neu renoviert und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. In den drei Schlafzimmern gibt es genug Stauraum, so dass man seine Koffer auspacken und sich wohl fühlen kann. Auch die Betten sind sehr gemütlich. Das Haus bietet reichlich Platz für 5 Personen, würde aber auch für 6 Personen ausreichen. Besonders schön ist die Innenhof-Terrasse, die zu gemütlichen Grillabenden einlädt. Die Vermieter sind auch sehr nett und unkompliziert und wohnen gleich nebenan. Sainte-Marie selbst ist ein kleines, nettes Dorf, nicht allzuviel los, hat aber alles, was man braucht.(Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt etc.) Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten. Canet-Plage ist 4 KM und Perpignan ca. 12 KM entfernt. Die Gegend bietet wirklich viel Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen. Man kann die vielen verschiedenen Strände genießen oder mit dem Rad die schöne Gegend erkunden, auch die Berge sind nicht weit weg. Shopping Möglichkeiten gibt es auch, es gibt in der Nähe in Claira ein schönes shopping center mit einem Nike Outlet store und zahlreichen anderen shops.Ganz in der Nähe von Saint-Marie gibt es eine Cart Bahn und eine Big Water Jump, sodass hier auch größere Kinder Spaß haben können. Rundum ein toller Urlaub und wir kommem ganz bestimmt wieder hierher !!

Really nice location

The house is furnished with great care and attention to detail, and offers you all the comfort you need to relax and forget your worries. The equipment of the kitchen is perfect and the nice backyard terrace is great for barbecue and sitting in the evening sun.When we arrived we were welcome very friendly and everything was perfect and very clean.The landlords are really nice and easy going. Saint Marie is a little nice village and It is located in an ideal spot for quiet holidays, away from the "madding crowd", but with easy access (even on foot) to go to the beach or find some entertainment possibilities. Canet is just 4 KM and Perpignan is just 12 KM away. 10 Minutes by car, in Claira, there is a nice shopping center, with a nike outlet store and lots of other shops. We really enjouyed our holiday and will definitely come back !!!

A louer les yeux fermés.

La maison est très agréable, spacieuse et fonctionnelle et comme toute les locations des ces propriétaires ont une sorte d'âme. La rénovation de la maison est parfaite et nous louons les yeux fermés. Les propriétaires sont charmants, attentifs et discrets et tout est fait pour que le séjour soit évident. Nous avons profité des vélos mis à disposition et c'est avec joie que nous reviendrions.

Maison de village rénovée avec terrasse agréable

Cette nouvelle location est une valeur sûre, à l'excellent rapport qualité/prix. Cette ancienne maison de village a été parfaitement rénovée par les propriétaires, et est devenue un petit cocon raffiné : la cuisine est grande et fonctionnelle, le salon est un peu petit mais est complété par une belle terrasse bien aménagée, les trois chambres sont de bonne taille et meublées chaleureusement. La seconde salle d'eau dans une des chambres est un vrai plus au retour de la plage ! Un grand garage est également disponible dans lequel nous avons stocké en plus de la voiture, notre kayak de mer et notre remorque. Des vélos sont également disponibles pour aller à la plage.... Les propriétaires habitent à côté, sont très disponibles et sont nous ont réservé un excellent accueil. Leurs recommandations de restaurants sont très fiables ! La maison est au coeur du vieux village, dans une impasse, avec tous les commerces à proximité.

Le bon choix

Maison particulièrement soignée - décorée avec beaucoup de goût - très bien équipée - Cour bien agréable permet de prendre ses repas dehors . Accueil chaleureux, attentionné et discret de la part des propriétaires. Location très propre, fonctionnelle, prestations de qualité. Situation géographique intéressante, commerces à proximité immédiate et idéale pour l'utilisation des vélos (réseau de pistes cyclables) vers les plages toutes proches. Village facile d'accès pour rayonner dans la région qui offre beaucoup d'intérêt . Dommage que nous n’ayons pas plus de temps pour en profiter encore et encore......notre séjour a été on ne peut plus agréable, je recommande vivement cette location
