You will love this very cool ground floor space that is one of several residences that now make up this tastefully remodeled historic home - circa 1906 Lindemann House - nestled in the heart of Historic Downtown Flagstaff. This is an amazing place to call home while you are exploring the area.
The health and well being of our guests, employees and community are of utmost importance. We have enacted new policies as a result of elevated levels of concern surrounding Coronavirus/COVID-19 for everyone's health & safety. We have always had very high standards. Modern features compliment the historic charm of this unique residence. Pamper yourself here and enjoy restaurants, shopping, art, parks, culture and everything else that Flagstaff has to offer right outside your front door. A great base to explore town, the Grand Canyon and so much more
You will love amenities like a full size kitchen with everything you need for preparing your own gourmet meals - coffee and tea are also included. Of course there is Wifi and two smart TV's with Roku for all of your streaming favorites. Each bedroom has its own window A/C for the occasional warm days. Relax on your private deck that is perfect for relaxation and outside dining.
There are two spacious bedrooms with comfy king and queen size beds. The large bedroom with the king size bed also has a front sitting area where you will find a trundle bed that converts into 2 twin beds and is perfect for extra guests or kiddos. There is also a 3/4 bath to renew, refresh and take on the town.
This single level space has 5 stairs leading from the parking area to the deck and entry. Guests have a private entrance with off street parking right out front.
Come in by foot, bike, plane, train or automobile. We are just a few blocks away from the train station and a short ride from Pulliam Airport. Leave the car parked and explore on foot. There's also a bike rack right out front.
We offer full privacy but live close by and are just a message away.

I have found that short term vacation rentals are a much more fun, interesting and exciting way to travel. I especially enjoy having a kitchen, because eating out all the time can get old and is also expensive.

I love this particular property because it has historic value and it is right in the heart of downtown. You can easily access Historic Downtown Flagstaff with it's vibrant mix of retail, boutiques, art, music, restaurants and nightlife.
