In a former wine estate covering 2 hectares, very pretty house of around 120 m² on 3 levels, with its private heated swimming pool (7mx3.50m), in a country house completely renovated in 2015, comfortable, suitable for 8 pers, it includes:
ground floor, living room, very well equipped kitchen, pantry, washing machine and WC, charming covered terrace
On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with adjoining shower room and WC each
2nd floor, 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room and 1 WC
Magnificent wooden terrace with garden furniture and landscaped and planted garden.
Exceptional location in the immediate vicinity of beaches, ports (port grimaud and cogolin marines) and all shops.
Linen (sheets, towels and tea towels) and cleaning are included in the rental price
car park
During school holidays, rental only from Saturday to Saturday
Weekend possible outside May June July August September and school holidays (500 € off season, April and October 700 €)

Bon sejour
Bon séjour dans cette charmante bastide. Le logement aurait besoin de petit rafraîchissement surtout au niveau du mobilier. La terrasse en bois était très sale ( nombreuses taches de graisse). Mais nous avons passé un bon séjour pour une réservation last minute (e jours avant notre arrivée).

Très beau gîte
Un peu Cher pour la saison. Pas de piscine. Un prix annoncé à 500€ qui passe à 735€ , un changement du gites après avoir réservé 3 semaine avant, pour faire plaisir à un client habitué , mais pas de nouveaux tarifs. Le chemin d axé très difficile à trouver, plus adapté au 4/4 qu’au voiture de ville. Un gîte pour dix personnes, et très peu de verres de tasses etc . Même pas un sac poubelle d avance , enfin. Des chose a améliorer pour un tel tarif… dommage car sinon c’est fonctionnel.. les grosses valises passe très difficilement dans l escaliers pour les étages.

Entspannter Urlaub am Weinfeld
Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Vor allem die Anzahl und auch der Zustand der Badezimmer immer ensuite zum Schlafzimmer war sehr angenehm. Das vierte, sehr kleine Schlafzimmer geht aber höchstens für Kinder. Uns hat der Straßenlärm überhaupt nicht gestört, wenn man diesbezüglich aber empfindlich ist, könnte es durchaus störend sein. Dafür wohnt man direkt am Weinfeld, was sehr schön ist. Vielen Dank auch für die nette Betreuung und die Restauranttipps.

Sommes-nous trop exigeants ?
L’emplacement est juste magnifique au milieu des vignes dans un style provençal exceptionnel. La maison quant à elle malgré un charme magnifique peine au niveau des prestations : - Ménage bâclé à notre arrivée (WC, hôte pleine de poussière et de graisse, et j’en passe) = conséquence : une demi journée de ménage pour remettre ça de manière correcte pour notre confort et nos enfants - Frigo qui ne refroidit pas : une personne est venu constater en nous expliquant qu’elle devait remplacer le frigo mais jamais venu… = conséquence : 200€ de courses perdus (viandes, produits laitiers, etc.) - Fuîtes douches : en prenant la douche de l’eau coule dans la pièce principale = conséquence : risque pour les enfants et odeur immonde d’humidité La liste est longue mais je préfère rester soft car la propriétaire nous a quand même dédommager de « 150€ » pour la gêne occasionnée. Si vous n’êtes pas ou peu exigeant cette maison est faite pour vos vacances en revanche si pour vous la propreté et la sécurité sont prioritaires alors posez-vous la question. Bonne journée.

Perfekt
Perfekte riesige Ferienwohnung in einem alten Gebäude mit 4- 5 weiteren Ferienwohnungen, die aber komplett voneinander abgegrenzt sind, mit schönem eigenen Garten und bei uns eigenem Privatpool ( alle Wohnungen haben einen Poolzugang). Die Wohnung über 3 Etagen ist für 6- 8 Personen geeignet. Ausstattung und Einrichtung der Räume lassen keine Wünsche offen. Wenn man im Garten sitzt und auf den angrenzenden Weinberg blickt, ist es sehr ansprechend. Zur anderen Seite ist aber eine stark befahrene Strasse nach St Tropez, die man leider hört. Der Weg zu dem eigentlich nahen Strand und Restaurants (Gogolin plage) führt über stark befahrene Strassen ohne Fussgängerüberweg und Einkaufszenterwüsten. Wenn man das Fussgehen aufgibt und das Auto nimmt, erreicht man aber Traumstrände. Das benachbarte Weingeschäft hat uns auch Freude gemacht.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in deze woning! Fijn zwembad, lekkere loungebank en eethoek buiten. We misten alleen een airco op de bovenverdiepingen. Er zijn wel ventilatoren maar met deze hitte was het lastig slapen!

Tolles Landhaus mit schönem Garten und herrlichem Pool! Geschmackvoll und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Perfekte Erholung! Als Fussgänger nicht ideal gelegen, mit dem Auto ist man jedoch schnell in St Tropez, Port Grimaud und weiteren schönen Orten und Stränden. In der Nacht sehr lärmig aufgrund der nahe gelegenen Strasse.

Schöner Urlaub
Wir waren 12 Tage lang mit 2 Familien (jeweils 2 Kinder 10-16 Jahre alt) in diesem schönen Objekt und hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

Verwarmd zwembad
Wij hadden voor onze boeking een mail gestuurd met de uitdrukkelijke vraag of het zwembad verwarmd zou zijn tijdens ons verblijf. De eigenaars hebben een mail terug gestuurd dat dit zeker het geval zou zijn. Bij onze aankomst moesten we echter vaststellen dat het water 9 graden was, met erg teleurgestelde kinderen als gevolg. Als we dit probleem aanhaalden, werd hier niet op gereageerd. Als we na onze vakantie dan toch eindelijk een reactie kregen, werd ons een commerciële geste voorgesteld van 10% op ons volgende verblijf....

Séjour agréable
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la villa Le GRENADIER. Tout le confort nécessaire pour 6 adultes et 2 enfants en bas âge. Le prêt de lits parapluie et de chaises hautes à considérablement facilité notre séjour. De plus nous avons était agréablement surpris de découvrir à notre arrivé un ensemble de produits dans la cuisine qui permet de prendre le premier petit déjeuner et plus encore sans courir au supermarché. La piscine chauffée a régalé petits et grands et fut nettoyée deux fois durant notre séjour par un professionnel. La localisation de la maison est idéal et a proximité de toutes les zones commerciales et touristiques. A recommander sans hésiter.

Schönes Haus in der Nähe von St. Tropez
Wir waren mit zwei Familien (4 Erwachsene + 3 Kinder) dort und haben eine wundervolle Zeit verbracht. St. Tropez ist in kurzer Zeit gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art sind direkt in der Umgebung. Ein kleiner Vergnügungspark ist direkt um die Ecke (diesen hört man aber überhaupt nicht). In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es einen schönen Strand. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für seinen Aufenthalt benötigt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist mit einem Alarm zur Kindersicherung ausgestattet, das ist wirklich super. Trotzdem sollte man natürlich auf die Kinder achten. Das Grundstück und das Haus im Allgemeinen sind sehr gepflegt. Für das Grillvergnügen gibt es einen Kohlegrill, welchen wir sehr oft genutzt haben. Nicht ganz so optimal ist allerdings die Wendeltreppe, die in die oberen Geschosse führt. Diese ist sehr schmal und für kleine Kinder vielleicht ungeeignet. Unsere Kinder (beide 4 Jahre alt) haben das gerade so geschafft die Treppen hoch und runter zu gehen. Es wäre gut gewesen hätte der Vermieter hier einen Hinweis gegeben oder zumindest ein Bild des Wohnzimmers mit Treppe fotografiert. Der leider nur 4 Sterne. Ansonsten hatten wir eine wundervolle Zeit und haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen.

Beautiful location for beautiful vacations at the Cote D`Azur
We were 2 families with 4 children from Germany and the house was perfect for us. You find all you need for relaxing vacations in- and outdoor. We enjoyed the own pool, the barbecue, the rooms, bathrooms and nevertheless the kitchen and the outdoor area. We loved these two weeks in August/Septembre 2017. All our contact persons were very kind and helpul - before the travel and during our stay. We would definitely book again!

Wonderful location
Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in der Villa "Le Grenadier". Vor allem den Außenbereich mit der Lounge Sitzgruppe, dem Garten, dem vom Turm überdachten Bereich und den neuen privaten Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Einziges kleines Manko war, dass keine richtigen Poolliegen zur Verfügung standen (wie am Gemeinschaftspool). Camille und Vincent waren sehr hilfsbereit und kamen sofort, wenn wir Unterstützung gebraucht haben. We had some wonderful days in the villa "Le Grenadier". We enjoyed especially the outdoor area with the lounge, garden and the new private pool. Only proper and comfortable deck chairs were missing at the pool. Camille and Vincent were very nice and helpful. In case we needed support, one text message was sufficient and they came immediatelly. Merci beaucoup pour cette belle vacances!

Great vacation in a superb villa
Super house with a nice pool and garden. Good located and you can get to a huge supermarket in 3 mins by car. To the port of st tropez it will take about 15mins. The house had everything we needed fully equipped kitchen and a barbecue as well. Communication if we needed sth was fast and helpful. Would definitely recommend this home to a group of friends as well as to families. We had a great time. Thank you!

Tres bon accueil à notre arrivée par les propriétaires M.Mme Demenez . Bâtisse neuve , tres propre et en parfaite état! Maison fonctionnelle , spacieuse . Très bien localisée , à 7 minutes de st Tropez! Nous avons passées un excellent séjour au Calme ! Nous reviendrons , c'est une évidence .
