Very pleasant accommodations. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future. This condo is very close to the swimming pool, where 4 Very nice Weber barbecue grills are available.

Great stay in Priceville

This two bedroom two bath condo was perfect for a stay on the north shore! Only a ten minute drive to Hanale with easy access to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

KAUAI in July/August

Great condo! Super close to the pool/hot tub area. We also really enjoyed Princeville and all the beautiful beaches that were close. The condo was also set up with almost everything you needed, including trash bags, dishwashing soap, laundty soap and paper towels.

Great Condo

Great location in Princeville with an ocean view and great walking paths. Beaches, stores and restaurants nearby, and a comfy, well-furnished condo to come "home" to!

Paradise Found in Princeville

We loved our stay at the Alii Kai Resort in Princeville. It is quiet, lush, and beautiful. We enjoyed the amenities at the local shopping plaza and the use of a heated pool and hot tub.

Awesome First Trip to Kauai

Great property and very comfortable. Close to the North Shore beaches and Kapaa. Like the Princeville area and the surrounding areas. Great condo and worked out great for three of us.

Great value and view

Very clean, comfortable and affordable. We were very happy with our stay at Alii Kai. Our 3 year old daughter especially enjoyed the pool which was very close to the condo. Cooked many meals and the kitchen was well appointed. Great views from the lanai morning and evening. The whole place was very quiet and comfortable, we will be back!

Awesome condo in Princeville

This condo is in a very lush community in Princeville on the North Shore of Kauai. Very spacious and convenient to visit Hanalei town and beach. We had a really great stay with a good view of the ocean. We recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay on the North Shore.

Beauty and Challenges with Noise

It was a joy to stay in a corner condo in a building that does not have air-conditioning machines disturbing the quiet. And my bedroom looked right out onto the jungle full of beautiful song birds. The condo was very clean and nicely appointed. Sadly, the buildings were built in such a way that I could hear the people staying in the bedroom below me, as they coughed, snored, and conversed. And the roosters were quite loud starting as early as 3:30 in the morning. Their noise also disturbed my afternoon naps. Fortunately, I travel with ear plugs and a white sound machine, so, with the windows closed, I managed to get nearly enough sleep all in all.

Very nice condo

This condo was nice. It had everything we needed, including decent kitchen equipment. The beds were comfie and outdoor patio nice but tiny. The maintenance is a bit low quality and the number one complaint was that the screens were not snug fitting so we spent our evenings fighting mosquitoes. We did everything we could think of but it didn’t help. We did hear that it is an issue so perhaps it wasn’t the condos fault. That said, we did really enjoy our time and it was very cool to be able to run down to the Sea Turtle Cave any time we wanted. Grocery stores are very convenient as is Hanalei. If you are a shopper there were lots of stores.

Nice condo.

The condo was very clean and had a nice view from the bedroom and patio. We loved the use of the hot tub. A few more beach towels would have been a nice bonus. We had to do laundry everyday, but otherwise we had a lovely time at this condo.

Good Place to Stay on the North Shore

This location was a good experience to stay at. Fairly quiet with access to a pool at the property and well stocked with towels and kitchen items. The laundry certainly was a nice bonus!

Nice condo with beautiful views

This is a comfortable condo with nice views into a forested area, distant hills and ocean. It's an end unit so the place feels a bit more private though there are many other condos in the building. The master bedroom is roomy, but it's on the parking lot side and gets morning sun. We preferred the guest bedroom because of the nicer views into the jungle and ocean. The area around has many birds, including the nene or Hawaiian geese. The lanai has several comfy beach chairs available for use. Though the place is lacking a bit in personal touches, it was very clean, comfortable and spacious.

The property was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was stocked well and allowed us to cook a few nights. At first, I thought no AC would be a problem, but the ceiling fans and windows allowed the island breeze to cool things off. It was an amazing trip!

Wonderful view and great location

We were at a great spot that was close to the market, beaches, and the pool was great too! You are close to a beautiful golf course and other resorts also. We had a cooler and beach chairs waiting for us in the house which was a great bonus and much used on the trip. We had an amazing time! There was no AC which at first I was worried about but the weather was wonderful and had a nice cool breeze through the house the whole time!
