Relax in this raised beach home in Surfside Beach. You will enjoy 3 bedrooms each with private bath. Start your day with breakfast made in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy the ocean breeze from the screened front porch. One covered porch on main level, master bedroom on 2nd level features access to sunporch. Just a short half block walk to the well maintained beach in Surfside, known as the "family beach". Just a few stairs and a very short boardwalk and you are on the beach! Very convenient location, you can easily walk, bicycle or golf cart to local restaurants, parks and fishing piers. Handicapped beach access one block down. Walk to oceanfront restaurant/bar.

Great beach house!

This was clean and well maintained. Pool area was beautiful! Short walk to the beach. So many small appliances and kitchen tools/ dishes. Easy to prepare meals and enjoy our time. Even the knives were sharp. We would stay here again! Loved the front porch screened in too.

Fantastic

First, the walk to the beach is less than 2 minutes. If you’re like us and typically pack your entire house to go out of town with your kids, you don’t need to do that here. Plenty of toys, chairs, beach carts, etc. just bring yourself and your clothes. Close to everything in Surfside and Murrells Inlet. House was spotless. Pool is a great addition in the late afternoon. Great sunrises from the front porch as well. Easy check in and out and David and Jen were beyond helpful and communicative. Great house, great location, great hosts. Can’t recommend enough.

Great Beach Vacation

Sandy Cheeks is a great spot to vacation in Surfside Beach. The property owners are incredibly polite and responsive. The house is kept up well and has a private pool, all within about a two block walk to the beach. Terrific place. We'll be back!!

Absolutely amazing

If you are looking for a place that has it all, look no further! Dave was friendly and helpful from the second we booked. The house is clean and has absolutely everything you could need. The pool is a great bonus but you are only an extremely short walk to beach and a short drive to shopping an activities. Will definitely be returning, I can’t think of a better place to vacation with my family.

Summer Vacation with Family

This is the third time we have stayed at this house. It is always a treat, easy to check in and enjoy everything from the beginning all the way through. David is always very easy to get a hold of if there is anything that they need to be aware of, and just want the guests to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We cant wait to be back again!

Special needs holiday

My son with Down Syndrome wanted a beach trip which means swimming pool with palm trees. Many properties would meet that criteria. We are thankful that we also had the good fortune to book with hosts who obviously enjoy being in the hospitality industry. Thanks so much for providing a well kept property with no hidden downside, straightforward communication, and easy check in/ check out.

Nicely appointed and great location.

Heading back again and will probably try to book whenever we can. This house is just a short walk from beach entrance. Total of six guests stayed and the private pool was a good size for our group. House was perfectly roomy and the screened balcony is a lovely place to hang out (when it's not too hot). Perfect getaway!

Graduation Trip

All siblings gathered to see baby brother graduate from CCU. The house and location was so wonderful. We had great times laughing around the pool as well as walking to the beach. We want to make it an annal trip! So Fun! Host was great and the house was perfect.

Great multi-generation family trip!

Communication with host (Dave) was awesome, before, during and after the stay. He and Jen have a great property! About a half a block from the beach, easy parking (some under the house, great for a rainy day!). Really great pool and a closet with everything you need for the pool and beach (floats, toys, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, bikes, coolers, etc!). House is lovely and was enjoyed by teens, parents and grandparents. Other highlights- screen porch in front off living/ dining area (coffee there daily!), kids bunk room, nice covered area at pool w/swing and seating was great on a hot day, beautiful renovated bathroom in primary bedroom. We'll be back when visiting our CCU student again!

Absolutely Beautiful home and Family Friendly!

We felt so at home here! Dave & Jen have this rental house feeling so welcoming. Everything was so clean and tidy. The Amenities were more than we expected down to the baby gate for the toddler. Its the perfect community/ house for families with kids. Quiet and right next to the beach! Dave was very clear about instructions and had open communication if anything was needed. I could go on and on with how much we enjoyed everything here. We can't wait to visit Sandy Cheeks home again!
