We’ve Thought of Everything So You Can Relax!

Relax and enjoy nature in our home with a light and airy coastal feel in every room. Get away from the sights and sounds of traffic and city chaos in our private, secluded cul-de-sac location. Take a peek at the water through the trees from our private, second floor deck. Listen to the song birds, ducks, toads and frogs all flourishing in the undeveloped lots surrounding our property.

A short walk away - Historic Downtown & Island Creamery

Recently upgraded entire HVAC system, which now includes both a Carrier electronic air purifier and a Remi Halo LED purifier to further protect our guests’ health while also ensuring their comfort in the home.

Pack-n-Play (portable crib) and high chair available for your convenience.

Kitchen is fully stocked with stoneware dinnerware, dishwasher, and four burner dual oven stove, as well as a fully stocked spice cabinet. Additionally, there is a large outdoor gas grill with side burner.

Beach chairs, skim board, body boards, beach buckets and shovels are all kept in the backyard shed for everyone's beach days.

For those that have forgotten a bill before rushing out the door on vacation, or those remembering an urgent eBay auction ending during vacation, a computer and wifi are provided as well.

Check-In Saturday after 4PM.
Check-Out Saturday before 10AM.

Peak season ( June 1 - August 31, 2024 and May 31 - August 30, 2025), minimum stay is 7 nights.

Off season minimum stay is 2 nights.

Girls' reading getaway

We met halfway between our homes in Lititz, PA and Nags Head, NC to have a girls' weekend. It did not disappoint! We spent most of our time on the wonderful screen porch. We were pleased write all the kitchen equipment, books, games, etc!

Charming new traditional cottage

Adorable cottage in a newer charming development. Coastal forest surrounded the home on a quiet end of short drive. Well equipped and welcoming.

This home is great for a family gathering. You have both the indoor and outdoor space which gives plenty of room. The location is close to town and yet very secluded.

Great place to stay!

We had a wonderful time. The house is very well taken care of, very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of outdoor space for kids to run around, too. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions. Definitely recommend!

Nice beach house

My childhood friends and I, along with our kids, had a lovely stay in this Chincoteague beach house. We loved the outdoor shower, screened in porch, and the secluded feel of the home. The neighborhood was nice and quiet too. We were comfortable overall, though felt a bit organization and upgrading of the games, beach supplies, linens, and kitchenware could go a long way! Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Nice house, terrible checkout experience

We enjoyed the house, but thought it a bit expensive for the size. That said, everything there was high-quality and well-maintained. On the day of checkout, we were running late. At ten minutes past checkout time there was a very loud, aggressive knock on the door. The woman at the door was livid that we were checking out late, very angry. I explained we'd run into trouble (my husband was sick) and I was sorry, and that she could charge me the extra fee for leaving late. All I got back was more anger and "rules are rules". We rushed to get out, forgot some things, and even my kids were upset by the interaction. I get that they have a lot of houses to clean but that is not how you treat someone who just shelled out THOUSANDS of dollars to stay there. We will not be renting from you again. This is our sixth year at Chincoteague and I've never experienced anything like that. Work on your customer service skills, even when you're angry. We all get frustrated sometimes, but things happen that are outside of people's control.

Great 3-day getaway

We loved this clean, well-appointed property with a great location on Chincoteague Island. It was the perfect size for our family as we celebrated Thanksgiving. Hope to return to this delightful space.

Comfy house in secluded cul de sac

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was clean and in good order. The house was spacious and not particularly visible to the neighbors. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had nice appliances and a good supply of basics for cooking. Our only complaint was some of the bedside/reading lights were really cold and bright. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Comfortable Stay

Enjoyed our stay. Good location. Beds very comfortable, plenty of towels. Had to clean porch of cobwebs, sweep porch floor, had food crumbs, etc. on porch floor, bench and chair cushions. Good amount of sand on inside door floor mats and floor. Otherwise very clean.

Really did think of everything

This property was perfect for our family getaway. It was such a relief that we didn’t have to worry about packing in the car the million things needed for a toddler and infant. The included high chair, pack and play, beach towels, and beach toys made our trip so much easier and enjoyable. Even though it was one of the busiest weeks on the island the house was peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely book again.

Quiet & private!

So nice to have a quiet place to relax after a day at the beach! Appreciated the beach chairs & sand toys that were provided also the bikes! Made packing for our vacation so much easier. Also a very well stocked kitchen!
