Laurie and Raphaël, the owners, will be happy to welcome you in an independent house, refurbished (furniture, decoration and household appliances).

You will stay in an independent contemporary house on the heights of Aix les Bains, located in the town of Pugny Chatenod, in the heart of the Bauges Natural Park.
House near the Savoie Grand Revard ski resort, Lac du Bourget and 30 minutes from Chambéry and Annecy.

Quiet villa on a plot of 1400 m2 with a panoramic view of the largest natural lake in France. Large terrace with outdoor lounge and barbecue.

Excellent property in beautiful location

What a view over Lake Bourget! Communication with Raphael and check in with Jordan were clear and straightforward. The house is spacious and clean. Kitchen well equipped and it was great to have Netflix on the TV for quiet evenings. We enjoyed our stay and travelled to Aix-les Bains, Le Revard, Chanaz, Geneva and Annecy. It was good to be able to sit on the balcony and soak up that view with a glass of wine in hand.. Thank youm for letting us stay in your house.

Maison très agréable face au lac du Bourget

Nous venons de passer une excellente semaine de vacances. La maison correspond en tous points à l'annonce. La grande terrasse nous a permis de déjeuner à 8 personnes sans problème. Le grand parasol déporté à été très apprécié. La pièce de vie très spacieuse est très lumineuse et très fonctionnelle. La magnifique vue sur le lac du Bourget nous a enchanté durant tout notre séjour. Raphaël, notre hôte, a toujours répondu à mes questions. Je recommande vivement cette maison.

Excellentes vacances en famille

Très belle maison posée en nid d'aigle au dessus d'Aix les bains et à 15 kms de la station de ski la Revard. Le mobilier et l'équipement sont de qualité de la literie à la vaisselle. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la station de ski très familial sans trop de monde alors que ça tombait avec les vacances des parisiens ! Nous avons également fait le tour du lac, vraiment une très belle région.

Superbe gîte avec vue magnifique sur le lac du Bourget

Le gîte est très bien équipé et est idéal pour une semaine en famille (10 personnes). Nous avons bien profiter de la station du Grand Revard à 20 minutes. (neige, ski et luge pour tous les ages)

Great house for a relaxed vacation

Location and accessibility of the house are excellent. And the house itself with its wide living/dining combination is ideal for larger families to enjoy, relax and plan various activities nearby. The facilities are all top notch, same as the sleeping rooms. One thing to mention is that the bathroom upstairs should be prepared as shower bath, which would make things much easier to use for two families. Thanks for the friendly welcome and we would surely come again!

Beautiful House

Beautiful house in a beautiful setting. Well equipped kitchen and both the indoor and outdoor eating facilities were excellent. Fabiola met us at the property and was delightful. The hilltop balcony view of the lake and surrounding countryside was superb. All in all a very good stay.

Light modern Gite with Tremendous views

Lovely light and spacious Gite. Loved all the big sliding glass doors and large patio area. Tremendous views. Great kitchen. Appreciated the welcome gift, thank you. It would have been nice not to have had to ask for the grass to be cut and just for future guests, enough outside reclinable chairs for at least 6 adults for the times you needed a siesta under the gorgeous tree...plenty of space to store them downstairs. I’m afraid the 2 deckchairs were really uncomfortable. I guess in the UK we are used to be provided with towels, soap and washing liquid and house cleaning fluids so this came as a surprise..towels take up too much room in suit cases when flying and we had to wait till next visit to supermarket (bit of a trek) to purchase these items. Visitors should note that the 4 beds upstairs in the top bedroom are not full adult size and one of them pulls out from underneath one of the beds..great if you have 4 children but not 4adults..fortunately our adult daughter is not tall so she managed! These details do not detract from the overall fun we had staying at the Gite and Laurie and Fabiola were always friendly and helpful once we contacted them, so thank you!

In den Bergen mit tollem Blick auf den See

Tolles Haus mit allem was man braucht. Kleine Schwächen, z.B eine schöne Sauna, welche in der Garage untergebracht ist, ohne Dusche oder Ähnliches. Wlan mit 1 Mbit Download ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Séjour idéal

Nous avons passé un séjour idéal. Maison tout à fait conforme à la description, très confortable avec prestations luxueuses. Le calme est également très appréciable. Logement proche de nombreux points d'intérêts. Quoi de mieux que de déjeuner avec une vue aussi merveilleuse sur le lac du Bourget. Une visite en altitude ne vous prendra pas plus de 15 minutes et vous offrira une vue à couper le souffle. N'hésitez pas à vous rendre en ville pour différentes activités : restaurants, petits verres, shopping, bowling, etc... Si vous ne deviez faire qu'un seul restaurant : " Le belvédère" avec sa vue imprenable sur le lac. En résumé, que du bonheur !!!!!

Super tolles Haus

Wir waren mit 8 Personen und zwei Kindern über Silvester in diesem schönen Haus. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und hat alles was man benötigt um ein paar schöne Tage zu erleben. Die Aussicht auf das Tal ist atemberaubend. Nach einem Stromausfall war der Vermieter sofort zur Stelle um zu helfen. Super Service ! Im Sommer ist es bestimmt auch toll wenn man an den See kann oder sonstige Aktivitäten machen kann. Gerne wieder

Eine Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen

Geräumiges Haus für 2 Familien (wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder). Insgesamt sehr gut unterhalten und ausgestattet und sogar mit ordentlichen Betten (was in Ferienwohnungen nicht immer gewährleistet ist). Uns fehlte es an Nichts, und wenn doch mal etwas zu bemängeln war, hatte man in der Verwaltung einen zuvorkommenden Ansprechpartner, die sich sofort gekümmert hat. Die Aussicht über den See fasziniert jeden Tag erneut. Man ist sehr abgeschieden und Einkäufe im Supermarkt zählen schon als Ausflug. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können die Gîte Laurie Raphael nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Séjour agréable dans une jolie maison avec les stations du Revard et de la féclaz à dix minutes .

Très jolie maison .Très bien équipée.Un accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires qui nous ont informés à notre arrivée de toutes les activités à faire aux alentours .Les pièces de cette jolie maison sont décorées avec goût. Une vue magnifique sur le lac et sur Aix les bains. Parfaite pour passer de merveilleuses vacances.

Séjour parfait et très agréable

Toute notre famille qui réunissait trois générations recommande vivement la maison de Mr et Mme Beauquis.La villa est charmante,décorée avec beaucoup de goût, spacieuse et très bien équipée, située dans un environnement magnifique et serein. La vue sur le lac du Bourget et sur la ville d'Aix Les Bains est tout simplement magnifique et à couper le souffle, notre séjour fût très ensoleillé. Les propriétaires sont très agréables,accueillants et de confiance. La région que nous ne connaissions pas est très belle. Notre séjour fût parfait. À conseiller et à refaire vivement.
