In the basement we offer 'a room with a double bed, a bathroom with bath, a games room with babyfoot, darts.
On the ground floor an open entrance with a toilet and then you have access to a large open room that offers a kitchen, a dining room, lounge.
Upstairs are two double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds as well as a bathroom with shower and toilet. The cottage is furnished and equipped with washer dryer, dishwasher, cupboards in all rooms.

Moderne and comfy Chalet in a relaxed neigbourhood.

This chalet is a modern cozy and really well build house. You find yourself sourrounded by a lot of nature and even a little river is just a minute away. Communication with the owners was very easy and reliable. We would come again any time. Jan

Fantastique

Maison juste entièrement équipée. Nous avons séjourné ici avec deux familles. La maison est située au centre entre Gérardmer et Longemer. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Sehr schönes Haus in wunderbarer Lage

Wir haben mit unserer Familie (6 Erwachsene, 1 Seniorin mit 87 Jahren, 1 Hund) einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Haus verbracht. Bei dem 3-tägigen Aufenthalt war die Bettwäsche inklusive, was sehr angenehm war, da wir keine Spannbetttücher und Bettlaken für so große Matratzen und Bettdecken (bei den Doppelbetten) gehabt hätten. Verbesserungsbedürftig ist die Beschreibung von Modalitäten in der Unterkunft. - Bettwäsche ist inklusive, Handtücher und Küchentücher muss man selbst mitbringen - Es ist eine Kaution in Höhe von 1000 Euro in Bar zu hinterlegen. Da es sich bei der Vermieterin um eine ortsansässige Geschäftsfrau handelt, sollte es hoffentlich kein Vertrauensproblem sein, das Geld auch zurückzubekommen. Eine Barkaution habe ich allerdings noch nie in anderen Ferienwohnungen hinterlegen müssen und aus dem Ausschreibungstext geht es eben auch nicht wirklich gut hervor. - Der Stromverbauch ist nicht inklusive. Es war für uns recht günstig mit ca. 15 Euro für die 3 Tage. Aber wenn man eine Woche oder länger bleibt, sollte man es halt einkalkulieren. Und wenn man in den kälteren Monaten Urlaub macht, kann das auch ins Geld gehen, denn Heizung und Warmwasserbereitung läuft beides über Strom. - Der Grill ist ein Holzkohlegrill draußen hinter dem Haus fest gemauert. Das ist sehr angenehm und gut zu nutzen, wenn man Holzkohle und Anzünder mitbringt. 5 Sterne gibt es für die freundliche und unkomplizierte Art von Cedric (Übergabe und Rücknahme des Hauses). Super nett!

Avons loué pour un week-end entre amis . Le plus plus plus du chalet : une belle et grande pièce de vie ! 4 chambres de belle taille! Et très bien équipé ! Et la cerise sur le gâteau : une belle pièce de jeux avec baby-foot et fléchettes! Chalet proche des départs de rando et des lacs Avons fait une belle rando entre le lac de retournemer et le lac de lispach sous un beau soleil !

Gîte très confortable et bien situé

le gîte est très confortable, idéal pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis, avec des chambres sur plusieurs étages et un grand séjour. Il est au calme, très bien situé entre les deux lacs. petit point d'amélioration : quelques transats pour profiter du jardin.

Location très agréable et parfaitement équipée

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à 2 familles ; la maison est spacieuse, moderne et très agréable pour la pièce de vie et le coin nuit. Très bien équipée d'un point de vue cuisine ou de la maison en général, pour les adultes et les enfants ( vaisselle, draps, jeux, barrières aux escaliers ) La localisation quand à elle est à proximité immédiate de la nature tout en restant très proche des commerces ou des pistes en voiture. Nos hôtes sont joignables et prévenants. Une location que nous recommandons vraiment

Très bon séjour !

Maison très agréable, accueil chaleureux et propriétaires très disponibles et réactifs, super piste de luge devant la maison et la balade le long de la rivière est très sympa, bon emplacement à la fois proche des commerces mais très au calme aussi. La maison est bien équipée, parfaite pour 2 familles.

Nous venons de quitter la location après 3 nuits dans le chalet! Ce fut parfait ! Propre, bien équipé, les enfants ont particulièrement appréciés le baby foot et le jeu de fléchettes ainsi que la douche qui fait de la musique :-) Une bonne adresse à retenir !

Superbe sejour

Nous avons séjourné dans le chalet du 19 au 22 avril. Il est spacieux et bien équipé. La propriétaire est agréable. Il se situé près de tout ( commerce et Gérardmer). C’est avec grand plaisir que nous y reviendrons!

Que dire à part "Wouaw"

Très bon accueil sur place Chalet situé dans une impasse (pas de trafic en dehors des résidents) à 10 min en voiture des pistes de Gérardmer Bâtiment très spacieux avec une cuisine bien équipée. Etat de propreté impeccable à notre arrivée. Un grand espace que les enfants peuvent s'approprier au "-1" permettant au parents de profiter au mieux des pièce de vies (rez). Attention portée au jeunes parents (portique de sécurité aux escaliers, siège enfant et lit cage) En tout cas l'adresse est notée :-)
