Walking distance to Melrose, Santa Monica Blvd or short distance less then 5 minutes to The Grove, Beverly Center, Hollywood Blvd, Walk of Fame, Kodak Theatre, Sunset Plaza. Centrally located and very nice safe neighborhood to walk to all the trendy bars and restaurants or attractions. Park on the private driveway that is gated. Amazing location in the heart of West Hollywood, within walking distance to all the trendy Melrose dining, shopping and entertainment. Washer & dryer inside. House is gated and pets are welcome with pet cleaning fee.
