Lake Erie weekend

Very nice place and very nicely equipped with everything you’d need. Loved sitting in the sunroom with view of the lake. The only downside was the location. Too far to walk to town and no way to walk along the lake. Short street off a busy road.

Great Stay

After our Kelley's Island rental was cancelled, we were worried about finding something nearby of the same quality. We were so glad we found this home. Beautiful views, clean, and a responsive host.Location was close to downtown Port Clinton.Would recommend!

Great Place

Close enough to enjoy the downtown area but far enough away to avoid the congestion. Very clean and nice view of the lake off the back deck and sunroom.

Lake erie cottage getaway

The owners took great care in remodeling and updating this property. They took a basic lot and made it something special. Immaculate on the inside with 3 bedrooms of comfortable sleep, 2 updated bathrooms, an updated kithen and dining room and 3 complete sitting areas.

Wonderful Getaway

This property exceeded our expectations. The pictures didn’t do it justice. The lake view was beautiful and the house is so nicely decorated. It made us all love lake life living. We even saw a bald eagle sitting on the deck this morning. Special memories we will cherish for a long time and look forward to coming back again next year.

Had a wonderful time! House was perfect, clean and well decorated! Lori made recommendations for restaurants which were wonderful.. jolly Roger’s and the Al Carte cafe! Perfect location to enjoy the jet express to put in bay and the miller ferry to middle island! Thank you!

Exceptional Lake House

We had a wonderful weekend at Lori's lakehouse! The property was SO clean (probably the cleanest I've seen), beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We found the location very convenient. We never had to drive more than 10-15 minutes to anything, and much more was even closer! We really enjoyed the sun room and the back deck with the amazing view of the lake. The kitchen is so well stocked there was nothing we needed that she didn’t have. Everything is so well organized! The beds were super comfy too! We loved everything about this place! Lori was a great host and even checked in with us to make sure we got in ok and had everything we needed. So many great memories were made! We would absolutely return!

Amazing location

This is the most charming VRBO I have ever stayed in. So close to everything and very convenient to the jet express. The house itself is immaculate and so well decorated! Super clean and everything worked great. We had a wonderful time and would stay again!

SOOOO clean!

This was the cleanest VRBO I've ever stayed in, and it's been very nicely renovated. Check in was super easy, and the host checked in to see how we were doing - which was nice. The area isn't really for tourists and there are alot of mobile homes in the neighborhood, but it's a great place if you just want to chill.

Beautiful House

This house felt like staying at home. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was stocked with all necessities and more than we expected. This house was a perfect home base and comfortable living space for our needs. We did mostly day trips to the islands and spent evenings relaxing in this home. The sun room with a lake view was a favorite for everyone.

Very clean and cute rental near Lake Eerie

I loved this property. It is one of the cleanest rental houses I’ve stayed at. It’s such a cute place and close to a public beach. You get great views from sunroom and back patio but only downside is the rental is so close to Lake Eerie but there is no public access near the home to walk along the lake or anything because there are properties along the water and their backyards are right by the water. You still get a nice view from the house though and the public beach is close so it ended up being okay.

Short Get-A-Way

We had an excellent time at this beautiful, well-decorated, extremely clean home, close to Lake Erie. The minute we walked in, we felt so comfortable and relaxed. The house was just perfect in every way. My friends and I spent the first 3 hours, sitting in the room with the lake view, catching up & listening to music. We slept great and there are so many great pubs and restaurants nearby. Very quiet neighborhood, did not see a lot of people and the check-in, booking etc was so easy. We will definitely be back!

Lovely family home

Clean, well equipped home. Great for our family of six, including 3 generations. Lori was easy to communicate with and we appreciated all the soecial touches. It really feels like a lake house … and the lake view is especially nice.

My family loves to travel and we've stayed in rentals from Sioux Falls, SD to the Caribbean Island of Grand Cayman, where we just celebrated our son's 21st birthday. I love to cook, #1 on my bucket list is to cook with Ina Garten, my HERO! My husband and I love to host dinner parties especially when the weather cooperates! I love being outside when it involves working in the yard tending to my perennials and water plants in the pond my husband created. I hope you enjoy your stay!

Why they chose this property

It's important to pay attention to details. We have stayed at many properties where the beds and bed pillows are truly uncomfortable. It important to have nice bedding where you can rest and recharge your battery for the next day. Our kitchen has probably every utensil, cooking, baking essential you'll need for a great stay. Plenty of large, white bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. Starter supply of bath soap, shampoo and conditioner.
