Welcome to 'Mas de Carlas'.

We built the house modern house harmoniously combining stone, wood and iron. The decoration of each room is thought carefully selected for its quality furniture. The provision spacious rooms respects the privacy of the occupants, the bedding is chosen for its comfort. The large and bright living space, with its large windows, is naturally open to the outside.

Guests can relax in the shade of the covered terrace or prefer the oak trees and enjoy a wide view over the surrounding nature. From mid-April, you will also enjoy the sun by the private pool completely fenced and closed by a safety gate. A game of petanque, on the ground near the house, will animate your evenings.

If you want to explore the area, the house is ideally located between Aubenas, Largentière Vallon Pont d'Arc.
Discover cave art at the "Grotte Chauvet 2", exact replica of the famous Chauvet Cave, which, since its opening in April 2015, is a huge success.
Go down by canoe gorges of Ardeche in the middle of a protected wild beauty, classified Natural Reserve. The Ardèche has carved over time a beautiful limestone canyon more than 30 kilometers, the entrance is the Natural Arch to Arc bridge from a height of 80 meters.

Beautiful house in a fantastic location

Everything was perfect: the house has been renovated to very high standards, very helpful and welcoming hosts and the location was perfect for us: quiet, but close enough to good roads, to be able to access the places in the area which we wanted to visit.

Impressive property - faultless for a family

Will book again. This place is paradise. Great pool (heated). Property is very well maintained. Really well fitted out. Great for three families. Loads of space for kids to roam on the property. Great views. Not overlooked at all. Beautiful garden and grounds. Secluded but not isolated. 5 stars. We will be back

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances en famille. Le Mas de Carlas est magnifique, agencé avec beaucoup de goût et très pratique ; rien n'est manquant. Après 2 jours, nous avions l'impression d'être à la maison. La piscine chauffée est spacieuse. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques et disponibles ; l'accueil a été très chaleureux.

Schot in de roos

We verbleven hier voor de tweede keer en alweer beleefden we hier een prachtige tijd. Het huis, het zwembad, de accomodatie en de mooie omgeving, alles was top. Onze kleinkindjes amuseerden zich geweldig in het zwembad en op de speeltuigen. En wij, de volwassenen genoten ook geweldig van alles wat de Mas de Carlas te bieden heeft. Tel daar de gulle maar discrete behulpzaamheid van onze gastheer en -vrouw bij en je begrijpt dat wij hier nog heel graag zulken terugkomen. Dankjewel Monique en Thierry en graag tot de volgende keer!

Sehr schönes Haus, gute Ausstattung, ruhige Lage, nahe zu vielen Aktivitäten und Sehenswürdigkeiten

Wir waren eine Woche mit Freunden in Mas de Carlas und wir haben es sehr genossen. Das Haus wurde sehr liebevoll und aufendig renoviert und mit allem eingereichtet, was man als Gruppe von 12 Personen braucht. Die Bäder und Zimmer sind genauso wie auf den Bildern, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Wasser im Pool war warm und ebenfalls sehr sauber. Thierry kommt regelmäßig in der Früh, um den Pool zu reinigen. Die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet mit 2 Kühlschränken, einem großen Herd, Geschirrspülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine usw. und genügend Werkzeug, Geschirr und Besteck. Es gab sogar zur Begrüßung Wein und leckere Spezialitäten aus der Region - Danke Monique und Thierry! Wir haben auch mehrmals den Weber-Gasgrill auf der Terasse benutzt. Im Ort gibt es ein gutes Restaurant "Les Galapiens" (die Lausbuben), das wir empfehlen können. Der Bäcker ist an der Hauptstraße nach Aubenas und gut mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen (Montag geschlossen!) Wir haben den Aufenthalt außerordentlich genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Très belle maison

Beaucoup d’espace (chambres, salon, salle à manger…), la cuisine est bien équipée. Un beau jardin paysagé Tout était parfaitement en ordre et de qualité. La description de l’annonce correspond à la réalité. Les propriétaires habitent tout près donc l’arrivée et le départ sont faciles à gérer Belle piscine chauffée, appréciée et nécessaire en ce début de saison « frisquet ». Le barbecue au gaz Weber est un plus. Nous allions chercher le pain en vélo le matin. C’est très agréable. Beaucoup de possibilités de visites dans les environs (grotte de Chauvet, descente des Gorges de l’Ardèche, marchés locaux, superbes villages) Je recommande chaudement !

Maison de vacances familiale idéale

Tout était parfait pour 4 familles. La maison est très bien pensée, avec un espace nuit/jour séparé, avec un grand espace salon. Très très bien équipée pour les familles (cuisine et mobilier enfant). L’accès à la piscine est bien sécurisée. La piscine est idéale, avec parasols et chaises longues, eau sans chlore, ce qui était précieux pour nous. On a tous eu beaucoup de plaisir à séjourner au Mas et nous pensons déjà y retourner pour des prochaines vacances.

Un fabuleux séjour

Pour se ressourcer en famille

Le Mas de Carlas est parfait pour un séjour en famille. Chambres spacieuses, pièces à vivre très conviviale. Très bien équipé pour recevoir 12 personnes. Détente garantie avec la piscine et le terrain de pétanque au cœur de la nature. Vue magnifique. La situation géographique du mas nous a permis sans problème de faire de nombreuses visites et activités.

Le paradis sur Terre

Propriété magnifique avec de très beaux espaces, une vue superbe et un calme total. En plus d'être conçue avec énormément de goût, la maison est parfaitement pensée pour les groupes ou les familles nombreuses. Nous avons passé un séjour fort agréable en mai 2021, l'ambiance des lieux est tout simplement magique. Nous avons pu faire pleins d'activités (kayak, promenade à cheval, VTT...) car tout est à 20 minutes environs en voiture. Pour les promenades, des sentiers sont accessibles immédiatement. Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse rare et d'une grande disponibilité même s'ils savent restés discrets. Nous recommandons à 200% ce gîte et nous y retournerons sans aucun doute.

Magnifique séjour

Nous sommes enchantés de cette semaine de Noël passée dans cette superbe maison, très bien conçue et équipée, avec une isolation phonique de grande qualité qui permet à chacun de vivre selon son rythme et ses envies sans déranger les autres. Séjour très agréable.

Nous avons passé un super séjour, entre amis, dans une location très confortable et d’une propreté irréprochable. Les propriétaires sont à l’écoute et très disponibles. Cette location est vraiment un endroit idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Une maison, une vue, un accueil au top

Un accueil convivial par des propriétaires confiants qui partagent leur superbe Mas qui se trouve dans un lieu magnifique. Avons passé une très bonne semaine entre amis, idéal pour un groupe de motard car les motos peuvent être hébergées. Une piscine chauffée et nettoyée pour notre plus grand plaisir. Bref, que du bonheur, je recommande vivement cette location. Merci à vous.

Difficile de trouver mieux à l'avenir, le Must des propriétés déjà louées dans le passé.

Si le temps avait été de la partie, j'aurais écrit séjour parfait, Toute ma famille a été charmée par cette propriété, bien pourvue, bien pensée et surtout tellement bien agencée et propre. Un grand bravo au propriétaire.

un vrai bon moment dans cette belle demeure

Accueil trés chaleureux de nos hôtes. Gite parfaitement agencé avec beaucoup de goût et trés fonctionnel. Tout était parfait ! Les équipements en cuisine sont nombreux et facilitent le séjour. La literie est de qualité . La piscine chauffée est un vrai régal. Nous reviendrons sûrement . Merci !
