About this property

Unit 131- 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Club Interior

This third floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. There is a spacious elevator to take you to the third floor. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and a 50" flat screen TV and the guest bedroom has a 2 queen sized beds with a 42" flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a walk in shower and the guest bathroom has a bath tub/shower combo. The living room is equipped with a 50" flat screen TV with HD TV service for your enjoyment. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a 12 cup coffee maker and a Keurig. There is beautiful tile throughout the unit. The comfortably furnished screened- in patio allows you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.

Condo space much smaller than pictures make it appear, balcony view surrounded by nothing but construction site and construction workers would whistle and holler at us walking past them to the pool, we were told very minimal information at check in and when we would go in the office during our stay to ask a question they usually didn't know the answer. Love the proximity to the beach and the pool area themselves were very nice. Overall would not stay at this specific condo again but loved Siesta Key.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The interior was nice and updated. The convenience to the beach and pool was great. There was ongoing construction at the adjacent property so that is now the view from the balcony. That was my only surprise upon arriving.

The manager is a super nice guy and was very responsive to any issues we had. Our unit is nice but we had a few issues which were resolved expeditiously. The owners could make the unit very nice by replacing the living room furniture. It's very dated, beat up and uncomfortable. Also, I would suggest adding hooksto the back of the doors. A simple fix.

We loved staying at Palm Bay Club! The proximity to the beach was a huge advantage, and the beach chairs that were provided were handy and comfortable. Our unit was clean, nicely furnished and very quiet. Our only problem was that we couldn't get the living room TV to work, but the bedroom ones did. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall stay good. However, this unit needs improvements. One thing that is fixable is the sink in the master bathroom barely drains. Was going to report it upon checkout but then we had to leave super early before the office was open. I am sure you would have fixed it had we reported it earlier but we decided it could wait till we were gone. I would highly recommend that the owners get a new couch. The cushions don't stay in place at a level angle. Instead the seat cushions are sloped down and very uncomfortable to sit on-one feels like you will slide off. Beds comfortable. Unit otherwise nice. Unfortunately when on balcony we have a view of what looks like a trashed house with screens torn and windows off. Not at all Palm Bay Club's fault, but it does detract and I would think the city would do something about this as it could even be dangerous. Resort nice and everyone friendly. Beautiful beach and pool.
