This picturesque four-bedroom, four-bathroom home features wonderful fairway views! It's a great home for families or groups of couples traveling together with three king bedroom suites. The main master in the back of the house has a sauna in the bathroom, and the second king master has a large bathroom with a double vanity, a whirlpool bath, and a separate walk-in shower. The third king bedroom (in the front of the house) also has a private bath, and there is a twin kids' bedroom with a trundle bed and direct access to a hall bathroom. Bring up to two dogs along. The living room/dining room has a vaulted ceiling and a large wall-mounted TV. The living area opens to a large sun porch with plenty of light and tranquil views of the fairway. The kitchen is off the living area, offering granite countertops, renovated cabinets, and newer appliances (including two refrigerators). There is a breakfast nook off the kitchen for casual dining. You can also find a new screened porch with a table for four, a loveseat, and a ceiling fan, as well as a new spacious deck with a grill and a table with an umbrella!
This house is centrally located in West Beach, 700 yards from the beach and within close biking distance of the amenities in Freshfields Village. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
