This house is Great has everything one could need to enjoy time in the Hatch. The owner is easy to work with and contact. The Best part is the evening sunsets!
We had a great time staying at the Steinhatchee house. Lots of room, great views, clean and very comfortable. We will be staying again next year. Thanks Tim for a nice time.

Been staying here for the past 5 seasons and haven't had a bad day, week yet. Sunsets are great and beers always taste better on the water. No complaints here.
Overall great property! Everyone had there own space, but we could all hang out together as well. Just can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. The owner Tim is an outstanding host! Thanks for sharing this slice of paradise!
This was a great house with plenty of room inside, a great dock and screened fish and scallop cleaning dock house next to dock. Our extended family of 6 adults and 4 children enjoyed cooking in fantastic kitchen and spending some great family time together.
We stay in the hatch many times during the months of June & July. This is by far the best location, view, and most accommodating home you’ll find. We hope to share many more trips at this home!
We had an awesome time in Steinhatchee! The house was amazing. The view is beautiful and the fish cleaning house is a huge bonus. To be able to get away from those pesky sand gnats while cleaning your catch was appreciated! The owner was easy to communicate with.
We hope to stay here again soon.
Thanks Tim for allowing us to rent your house!

Great house close to the inlet for quick trips out and in. The house has a great setup for boaters including 2 spots at the dock and a very nice screened boat house including ice machine and fish/scallop cleaning stations. Great kitchen with large gas range great for family meals and plenty of seating at the large table. Super sized massive open BBQ grill outside... you never run out of room on it. Nice carport under cover by the elevator making unloading and loading super easy regardless of conditions. Very comfortable home and beautiful sunsets! thanks Tim for another great vacation!
Most amazing home with space for our family. The dock was new for our boat no worries about scratching. The two decks were amazing. The fish cleaning shack had fans, lg table for cleaning, lots of water sources, ice machine, trash can. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels and lived the showers. We will absolutely stay here again. It’s was easy to get ahold of owner. Suggestions while very minor but would be little better directions to trash location. Waste paper baskets in rooms, potable fans, more sheets for the single beds. Definitely a 5 star stay. Thanks for making our scalloping adventure a great one.
The location of this property is perfect for your scalloping needs. It was close to the marina and close to the gulf. Our large group truly enjoyed our stay.
The kitchen is huge and allowed our large group to have a few cooks in the kitchen at once.
We had a couple older people with knee problems so the use of the elevator was a huge plus.
The only 2 negatives is that there is no garbage service so you need to load up your garbage and drive to the trash dump area in Steinhatchee. The other negative is that you can't throw scallop shells in the water while cleaning so it makes the trash extra stinky when you load it up. This is a little bit of an inconvenience but we always had a willing person in our group to do this every day.
All in all I would recommend staying if you have a large group and you want an amazing water view.
We absolutely love this place! The location is amazing, we love the convenience of the elevator, and the home is so beautiful and has enough room for our whole group! Can’t wait to come again next year!
Excellent location, very nice property. Very nice dock, fish cleaning room, ice maker. Unfortunately, VERY POOR internet WiFi connection. Must be 1G. Only worked when it wanted to, and that was very few and far between (like my 1st wife)
