Wonderfully sunny during the day with gorgeous golden sunsets. Rear planted dining garden area shaded by Crepe Myrtles for afternoon lunches and evening grilling. Three minutes to Sag Harbor Main Street by car/bike and 12 minutes by foot down historical and sidewalk-lined Madison Street.
