Riverdance has central airconditioning and is a newly constructed townhome which sits right on the beautiful San Juan River. The deck offers incredible views of deer, duck, geese, magnificent long range mountain views as well as a panoramic view of Pagosa Springs and the world famous Hot Springs. The deck is so close to the river that you could actually fish from the deck as well as enjoy the relaxing sounds of the river from the master bedroom window upstairs.

I have appointed my townhome with many of the features that discriminating travelers expect in their lodging, such as a HD flat screen SMART TV with satellite stations, incredibly comfortable beds and two new king size beds or twin beds to greet you after your active day in the mountains, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need to grab a quick meal or, if you choose, prepare a gourmet meal to enjoy in the beautiful dining room.

Riverdance is located within walking distance of Pagosa Springs where you can enjoy this delightful mountain village with its movie theater, fabulous food, a brand new nature hiking trail on the river and of course the world famous hot springs.

In winter Pagosa Springs is world famous for its powder snow and you will find the world class Wolf Creek Ski area just a short 20 minute drive from your front door. This condo was as advertised. Right on the river, great views, and a garage. You can walk to town and the hot springs and it’s an easy drive to Wolf Creek. The host is very attentive and the condo is the most stocked rental we have ever stayed in. Beds were comfortable, Wi-Fi worked well and there were plenty of towels and blankets. A 5 star rental in every way!
This is property deserves 5 stars in every category! The property is an easy walk to downtown. Although it’s close to town it’s in a quiet neighborhood; the only noises you’ll hear are the river running past your windows and the geese on the river. The first things you’ll notice when entering the home are that it’s immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is so well outfitted that you could make and serve a holiday dinner! There are closets of extra blankets, towels and pillows. The host has also stocked everything you may have forgotten such as extra toothpaste, sunscreen etc.The host quickly responded to texts both before and during our visit. The entire area around Pagosa Springs lost power during our visit. Our host came over to ensure that everything was working in the home when power came back to the city. I have rented in Pagosa Springs many times and this is by far my favorite place to stay!

Cozy Property
Very lovely property conveniently located. The living room was very cozy with a great view! The kitchen was very well stocked including a variety of spices. We prepared breakfast and dinner both days of our stay. The bedrooms were comfortable. Plenty of blankets and closet space. We especially appreciated the towels that were supplied to enjoy the hot springs. The heated garage was very welcome as our stay was during a very cold spell. My only caution is that there are 2 sets of stairs from the garage to the bedrooms. I personally enjoy a bit of exercise while vacationing (and overeating) but my older brother was a bit grumpy about it. I will be looking to stay here in the future and highly recommend to other travelers.

We loved our stay here at Riverdance. It was very clean and stocked extremely well. Enjoyed morning coffee with the sounds of the river, ducks and geese. It had everything we needed…and then some…comfy and cozy.

Beth was an amazing host! She really thought of everything, the house was so well stocked. We had everything we could possibly need, LOTS of extra towels and bedding, paper towels, toilet paper, spices, and everything in the kitchen we needed to cook great meals for our family. Sleds and fly fishing poles in the garage, and the washer and dryer were already stocked with detergent and stain remover! There were candles, cable tv, DVDs, books, and games all for our use! It was an awesome location and very clean! Beth was super responsive and a great host! I highly recommend this VRBO!

Great place to stay, very centric so everything was within a few minutes by car.The stay was perfect and we enjoyed the views from the balcony.The townhouse as a whole was very nice, the fireplace definitely heats it up fast, The kitchen was impressively stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook, which was such a bonus. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily return in the future. Highly recommend it!!!

This was the perfect size for our family of 5 (including teen/ adult children); everyone had a bed and plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The location is perfect and the views from the unit are amazing. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again!

Lovely condo on the river!
The condo was beautiful and well maintained. The location was perfect and we were able to bike and walk to downtown. We were able to float right by when we tubed on the river! We would stay here again.

This house has everything you need! My son and I stayed here for 5 days and walked to the river every morning. The beds are comfortable and the AC works great. This will definitely be our go-to house every summer. Beth was also so kind and courteous.

Perfect Colorado Getaway
This was our third time visiting Pagosa Springs but our first at this location. This house on the river was by far the best we have stayed at. First off, Beth is a wonderful host. Super nice and helpful, and she had the house set up and stocked perfectly. The kids loved the ping pong table in the garage. It was great to be able to walk outside and immediately be on the river. My sons and I managed to catch all three species of trout in the river. We did river rafting, hiking, and shopping in town. This location was only 3 minutes from anything you could want in Pagosa. I can’t thank Beth enough and we all look forward to coming back!

This condo is very well situated to town, hot springs and restaurants. It is well appointed with most anything you could need or want. The condo is nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the river, just beautiful! It was quiet and relaxing. Beth was wonderful, very organized and made sure we had all information needed before we arrived. I would definitely stay here any time we travel to Pagosa Springs. I would give it 5 stars all around, a real gem!!

Terrific Getaway!
This was our first trip to Pagosa Springs, and we were blown away by the beauty, and by our accommodations. Beth is an outstanding host, she really has thought of everything! The property has the warmth of a home instead of a rental. The property is literally right on the river, providing gorgeous views and relaxing sounds. Very easy walk to the center of town, and the Riverwalk is close by and scenic. Thank you Beth for a great stay, we're looking forward to our next stay here!

I bought Riverdance because of the great location to town, the San Juan Mountain Range views and being right on the San Juan River.

What makes this property unique

The Riverwalk by my home, is a very serene way to travel into town or to access the Hot Springs. Riverdance is quiet with only four other homes on the property. The convenience to Downtown and Wolf Creek skiing is nice. The River and its beauty will ease your stay and make for a peaceful sleep.
