Come stay in my newly renovated condo right in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. I manage this property personally to ensure the best experience. No management company! This 750 SF condo features 1 bedroom with king bed with Serta iComfort memory foam mattress and premium linens, large walk-in closet, full bath with tub/shower and brand new cabinetry and granite counters. The large large living room is fully furnished with a pull out sofa bed with memory foam mattress. The brand new kitchen is complete with all new custom cabinetry, high-end granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook including cookware, a spice rack and small appliances such as a blender, crock pot and mixer to name a few. The immaculately kept grounds feature a huge resort-like pool and spa as well as a gym with cardio machines and weights.

Spring training getaway

The Perfect Spot

This property stood out because it provided special touches such as snacks, small appliances, spices, etc. It was so well decorated that it could have been the model unit! The surrounding area had access to highways, conveniences, and Old Town Scottsdale yet it was remarkably quiet. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect getaway

From out of town to a staycation, this place was perfect! Ideal location close to anything you want to do, from night life to daytrip adventures. The home feels just that, homey. Everything you need is on hand and the host was available immediately for the few questions I had. The grounds, with pool, gym, and a laundry room feet away, were clean and enjoyable. You will love your stay here.

Spring Break in Old Town

Our stay was very nice. The property was clean and in an awesome location. The reserved parking spot is very close to the condo which was a great thing. There was so much to do within walking distance! We will definitely stay again.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at this condo because the location is close to everything. The pool and spa were closed due to the gas line for the heating of the pool and spa had to be replaced. We were not told this until 9:00pm the night before we arrived though it had been in the process for awhile. That was disappointing. The area is quiet, the bed is comfortable and the space is adequate.

Nicely redecorated apartment with good amenities. In neighborhood of offices, apartments, strip malls but also within a short drive to nice restaurants and shopping. Well furnished kitchen, comfortable bed, quiet.

Our stay in this gorgeous, homey condo was everything we hoped for and more. The condo itself has high quality furnishings, quiet location but centrally located to everything you could want to do in Scottsdale. The owner was VERY responsive and so welcoming. A great find in Scottsdale

This one bedroom condo has all you need for a stay in sunny Scottsdale. Jennifer was always available for questions and suggestions- friendly and helpful. Check in was easy and quick. The complex is clean and quiet and the condo is clean, updated, well stocked with anything you would need and the bed is sooo comfortable! We hope to return in the future and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect rental!

Could not have asked for more! Clean & updated unit with extra special touches by owner, covered parking space in close proximity to this second floor condo, unit is near pool yet far enough away for an utterly quiet location, extremely comfortable bed. Owner very helpful and responsive. Convenient Sprouts grocery store immediately across the street. We walked everywhere in neighboring Old Town. Highly recommend!

This condo is in a great location. There are several very good restaurants within a short walking distance, a Starbucks and a good grocery store directly across the street, and easy access to main roads. It is located on a busy road, but it is surprisingly quiet even when sitting on the balcony. The neighborhood is also very quiet and we always felt safe when walking. The kitchen seemed to have a good selection of items to cook with, although we didn't cook. Only used the coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Both were very clean. One thing I think that should be mentioned on the VRBO posting is that the unit is located one level up from the ground and that there is no elevator. Fortunately my husband, who is in his upper 70's, was able to carry our luggage up the 8 stairs. This isn't an issue for many people, but it's something I or others could not do. I think it's a good thing to know upfront when making the reservation. Jennifer is a very responsive and friendly host. She is easy to communicate with. There were a few minor items that need repair and or attention. I am sure she will take care of them as she seems like a person who would. She even stopped over one evening to take a look at one situation.

Exactly as depicted

The condo was exactly as pictured in the listing, and the location was perfect for our plans. Jennifer was very attentive, checking with us after arrival to be sure everything was going well, and was timely in response to a question. The condo complex was quiet. We appreciated that the grocery was just across the street, along with several very good restaurants, and there was good proximity to old town.
