When checking in I was made aware I actually had no reservation and could not contact the host/ownerBut the Vrbo contact I spoke with did reimburse the money I has paid. But we had to find another place to stay at 11:00 pm and were lucky to find a nice vacancy but it actually cost more than what I had reserved so to say the least it was a horrible experience

Drove 8 hours to be told I didn’t have reservation…owners never made reservation…Vrbo didn’t care…I was told I would be refunded my money but takes week to hit bank…and they wouldn’t even help place another reservation. Very disappointed!!

It was fine
The condo itself was nice. There was a great view of the ocean, and the location worked well for our vacation. We did have an issue with the air conditioning not working. We called about it and were told it would be fixed the next morning. It wasnt, so we called again. We were told someone had been out and it was fixed. We told them it wasn't, so they said they'd call us back. They didn't call, so we called again and were told there was no record of us reporting an issue with the air conditioning. They said they'd send someone. We got a text saying the air issue was with the building, not the condo, so there was nothing they could do. At 4:30 pm, I asked for a fan to be brought to the room (the listing says theres a ceiling fan in the bedroom but there isn't). They didn't respond until the next day. We bought our own fan to make it through the night. Hosteeva did reimburse us for the fan, and they refunded 60 of our 650 stay for the air issue. The listing advertises free toiletries, but they only provide one ounce containers one time for the entire stay, so that's a loose interpretation of free toiletries. The parking was not the best. If you have a vehicle thats under 16 feet long, you are required to park in the tightest patking ramp we've ever experienced.

Great place!
The condo and owners were amazing! Location was the best, the staff very accommodating, condo was clean and well maintained! The only irritating thing is upon check in is the invitation to attend a sales pitch for 2 hours! and then meet with a sales rep afterwards...she was surprised we said no....done these before and know the kind of pressure applied to sign on! There for vacation not a time share pitch:( Forewarned is forearmed!
