Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Out the front door, turn left on the leisure trail. 5-7 minutes walk and your toes are in the surf. Prefer to drive? DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog, maximum 2. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs are never allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans have to pay a fine) and must be crated when left alone.

No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this villa.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

Great place to stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic rental experience. The property is clean and has a wonderful interior. The balcony is so relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside to the property is the pet policy. Be aware: It's surprising that you have to vacuum the property and lint roll the furniture if you're bringing a pet. These are actions you must take in addition to the typical cleaning fee that's charged and a $350 pet fee that's charged. We won't be staying here again for that reason.

The unit is next to the Plantation Clubhouse, a 5 minute walk to the Beach Club, and 30 minute walk to Harbour Town. We loved walking each morning for coffee at Harbour Town. The balcony view of the golf course was great too. The unit is well stocked with many full-size cleaning and paper/plastic products for your stay. They even had multiple beach chairs, an umbrella and beach cart making our beach visits super easy. Thank you Best Nest team for a GREAT STAY!

Location is fantastic!!

We had a great stay and loved the location. We rode bikes to the Beach Club (less than 5 min) and took the trolley to Harbour Town for dinners and shopping. The trolley stop is steps away from the unit!! We enjoyed the pool and the unit had everything we needed. We forgot an umbrella and there was one in the laundry room (score!). We simply had the best time and hope to come back to this location. Perfect distance from all the places we love in Sea Pines.

Very clean and convenient to the beach

My family and I spent four nights at this property over Spring Break. The condo was very clean and was great for four people. We had a question when we first arrived and when we texted, were texted back almost immediately and we received a follow up the next morning to ensure that we were taken care of. The condo is about a 8-10 minute stroll to the beach, or a 2-3 minute bike ride. We rented bikes through the recommended vendor and they were there the day we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and we cooked several meals very comfortably. There were a number of small touches that we really appreciated - the soap in the bathrooms, the sponge in the kitchen, and the laundry detergent were all name-brand, not a situation where the owner was trying to be as cheap as possible. The towels and beach towels were all new, and the documentation provided was all very complete and organized. All and all, we had a very positive experience and have nothing but great things to say about the property and the team leasing it.

Great location

Close to the beach club and shops at Sea Pines and right next door to the heron point golf course. The only thing we did not like was the single sink in the master. It made it difficult for 2 people to get ready at the same time.

Long weekend at Sea Pines

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time in Sea Pines for a long weekend. The property management was responsive and very nice to deal with. However, the pictures do not reflect the condition of the apartment. The kitchen cabinets are all banged up, the stove a little off, and the living room/dining furniture was NOT what was shown in the photos. As far as cleanliness, it was basically fine. There was peeling ceiling paint in the master bath. I found a watch sticking out of a sofa cushion which the cleaners did not see after the prior guest. I would recommend the company but be very careful that you are getting what you are paying for.

July 2021 Stay

This being the 10th year that we've vacationed in Hilton Head, this stay was by far one of our best vacations. our rental was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. Completed with all the necessary amenities for a Beach vacation. Although we were told via email that all of the necessary chairs, towels, umbrellas and everything that we needed would be available, we still brought our own as we were sure that it could not be as complete as they indicated. We were wrong. The next time we are on vacation we can definitely leave half of our stuff back home because our rental, came as complete as they indicated it would. It was indeed a pleasure working with BestNest by Beverly Serral and they're great customer service.

Satisfactory Club Villa

Our dog was dander free but the unit caused lots of congestion/allergies flare ups. The beds were not great but no major issue. Enjoyed the location and check in and check out were flawless. Top floor unit would be better as overhead noise is noticeable.

Spring Break Visit To Hilton Head

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 14th trip to HHI for me personally and the fourth time renting from Bev Serral. Of the other properties I rented from Bev, this was the most outdated and need of repairs. Several of this issues (plumbing, lighting, and drywall) were registered via the app. To bring it to par with the other properties, the condo needs to be totally re-decorated/modernized and maintenance issues addressed. From a positive note, the location of the property is outstanding and it was clean. I would rent elsewhere during future trip before I stayed here.
