Great rate for adorable beach cottage. Two blocks to sea and sand!

House, 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, (Sleeps 8)

Our comfortable cottage by the sea is located two blocks to beautiful Belmar Beach and 4 blocks to Main Street. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, with washer/dryer, living room, dining room and brand-new open kitchen. All freshly painted with new furniture. New bathroom with double sinks . NEW! for Summer 2024, brand new open kitchen with seating.

There is a new outside deck with chairs to relax after a day at the beach. On the back deck is an outdoor hot/cold shower.

On the first floor, Bedroom 1 has a comfortable queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a full/twin combo bunk plus twin trundle. Bedroom 3 upstairs has 2 full beds.

Fully-equipped kitchen (just renovated for Summer 2024), brand new refrigerator with craft ice, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Flat screen 55” Smart TV, Internet/wifi. NEW! Central Air/Heat.

Off street parking for up to 3 cars plus EV charging plug.

During Summer we rent whole weeks from Saturday to Saturday. This is a quiet neighborhood and looking to host families who want to enjoy a great time at the beach and take advantage of great restaurants in Belmar and surrounding areas.

Hardwood floors, new furniture throughout, freshly painted. Kid friendly. Please no pets or smoking, including on the outside deck.

Outdoor grill provided.

4 beach badges and beach towels throughout your stay.

Be advised that you are renting the front house. There is a separate small building behind the cottage.

Neighborhood is predominately owner-occupied homes, and we would like to rent to adults and families, so it is helpful if you include a description of your group when you inquire. We would like to respect the families in the surrounding homes.

Adorable beach cottage!

This is the second year our family has rented this home, we truly do love it! The kitchen reno is beautiful, everything is well appointed, and you’re so close to the beach. Hosts are very kind and communicative, you won’t regret staying here!

Wonderful family spot

The location is amazing, Paula is communicative, and the place has a lot of amenities: good quality towels and sheets, nice cookware, plus the outdoor shower and off-street parking. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of space inside, great for a family.

Family time in Belmar

We had a great time at Paula’s house in Belmar. The location was perfect for us to walk two easy blocks right onto the beach. We were able to walk to Main Street easily as well.

Wonderful Weekend in Belmar

This property was wonderful for our stay in Belmar. It had everything we needed for our family and three young kids to be comfortable. The location to the beach and town was perfect so that we were able to walk everywhere. We were also a short walk away from three fun playgrounds, which was a huge plus! The check-in/check-out process so easy. I highly recommend this property!

Quintessential Beach House

This is a great house for our family of 5, plus my parents. The layout is open and appliances are all new and worked without a hitch. The beach badges, chairs and toys allowed us to enjoy the beach all week. The mattress was super comfortable, which is a big deal for any traveler! The check in/out process was easy, and the owner was friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone visiting Belmar!

Belmar Cottage

This property is as described, two blocks from beach and on a quiet street in a family neighborhood. AC worked perfect but going up the stairs to second floor bedroom was a bit warm but the window unit took care of that. The bathroom and kitchen had everything needed so all we had to do was shop for groceries. Host Paula was attentive to any questions we had and was extremely helpful! We even met the people that live in the units behind the cottage!

The house was so clean! And very comfortable and welcoming. The pictures were accurate- very nicely decorated. We all enjoyed our stay here. The host was wonderful - very accommodating and pleasant. I would stay here again.

Great beach house for family with kids

Property was everything promised and we had a great time with our 3 young children. Really enjoyed the short walk to the beach, the breezy front porch, and having boogie boards to use too. Bathroom was beautiful, although we ended up using the outdoor shower mostly to get the sand off. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend.

Everything you need for the perfect beach vacation!

This property has everything you need to enjoy an amazing time at the shore. We brought our kids (8 & 4) and they had the time of their lives. They loved the bunk beds and beach toys. After a full day of activities, it was great to have a big TV to watch movies before they head to bed. The kitchen has all new appliances and the bathroom has been completely renovated. The beds are comfortable and the whole place was spotless clean. The cottage is so close to the beach that we went back and forth for lunch. It’s a quiet street and the neighbors were very pleasant. Lastly, if you have any questions, the property owner is very helpful and responsive. They have an entire binder of info at the cottage so you can get acclimated if it’s your first time to Belmar. Absolutely fantastic value and highly recommend for families with young kids.

Loved our beach vacation!

We had a wonderful week at Paula’s beach house! The location is excellent… A short walk to the beach from beautiful tree-lined street with friendly neighbors. House was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. AC worked great through the 90+ degree heatwave. Check in/out was super easy and Paula was responsive and provided all the info we needed to enjoy the area. Great stay!

What a great location!

Paula’s place is a great spot for a getaway in Belmar. Close walk to the beach, and a short walk to downtown Belmar for ice cream and shopping. The house had everything we needed, and the renovations in the house are great. Very clean and comfortable. Paula is very responsive and engaging. Looking forward to a future stay.

Great Property, Great Location and Accomodating Hosts

My wife, baby and I stayed at the property for the week of 4th of July. The house was as advertised, two blocks from the beach on a nice quiet tree lined block. Paula was accomodating and communicative throughout the whole process and the check in/ out process was very seamless. Would definetly recomend for anyone looking for a property near the beach in the Belmar area.

We are a family with two children and have been coming down to beautiful Belmar for 10+ years. After renting ourselves, we decided to buy in 2018 to enjoy the beach, restaurants and everything Belmar has to offer.

Why they chose this property

The location is great, and the trees on the block provide great shade on the front deck.

What makes this property unique

The house has neat touches, like the built ins in the living room and crown molding through the bedrooms. There is a brand new bathroom and, for Summer 2024, there will be a brand new open kitchen! The close proximity to the beach and the beauty of the immediate neighborhood is a draw.
