This property is a deluxe end unit on ground floor with private entry, parking, easy access to pool, bar, and beach. Condo is located at 5 minutes walking distance to 5th Ave (main blvd) to shops, restaurants, park adventures, entertainment, and transportation including ferry to Cozumel. Newly decorated with amenities at the heart of Playa del Carmen at the Rivera Maya.

Check out is at 11am- no exceptions-guests checking out after 11am will be charged an additional night. No Kids. No Smoking. No more than 4 people occupying the condo. Cleaning service is provided and required in order to keep the condo maintained. Cleaning lady must be granted access.

Tip top Quality

Couldn’t beat this condo for maximum comfort, and amenities. Host thought of everything to guarantee a pleasant stay. Instructions for microwave and washer-dryer would have been helpful my only suggestion. Host friendly and responsive. I highly recommend

Beautiful location

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights. Unit was very clean and the manager, Bailey was very responsive to any communication that we had with her. There were a couple of minor problems which she fixed immediately.

Cute little 2BR in Xaman Ha

I've stayed in various condos in Xaman Ha over the last 10 years but this was my first time in this one. Very nicely decorated and a great ground floor location for easy access to the pool and beach. The bathrooms have been remodeled and are gorgeous, however a heads up for anyone considering staying here...the entire master bath is open to the master bedroom, there is no door. Might not be a problem for some, but I was traveling on a girls trip and was a little awkward at times! We also never had hot water in the master shower, hopefully that's been fixed by now.

Super emplacement à Playacar

Le condo est très bien situé dans la phase 1 de Playacar directement sur la plage. Secteur tranquille et très près de la 5e avenue. Le meilleur des 2 mondes. La propriétaire réponds rapidement aux appels et corrige les problèmes. On a eu un problème de plomberie. La cuisine est bien équipée. Il y a un distributeur d’eau potable.Il y a l’air climatisé dans chaque chambre et au salon. Perfomant et non bruyant. Les serviettes de bain et de plage sont fournies. Il y a une laveuse à linge LG 2 en 1, qui sert de secheuse aussi, mais on a utilisé le séchoir à linge car plus efficace. On a beaucoup aimé notre séjour de 3 semaines.

Great stay!

We had a great experience at Xaman Ha this year. On the first day, we noticed the TV in the living room and the shower in the master bath needed some help. It wasn't urgent, so I emailed and within less than 5 minutes there was someone there to fix it. Wow! Great response time, thanks Bailey! Everyone there is so nice. The water this year was too full of seaweed to enjoy the ocean, but we made good use of the pool instead. The kitchen was perfect and the view is great. My teen daughter says the only thing missing is a hammock on the porch, which we had last year in the other condo. The AC all works very well. The beds were a bit hard, but it didn't bother me or my daughter, husband had a bit of trouble. But we'd stay again in a heartbeat!
