We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was the perfect spot to unwind—super relaxing with a peaceful vibe. We enjoyed the hiking trails. The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Comfort was top-notch, and we couldn’t have asked for more.
The house was perfect and had everything we could have wanted. The walking trails were wonderful and offered us a scenic and peaceful getaway. We greatly appreciate that the house is dog friendly and will absolutely return.
We stayed here for our wedding weekend, what an absolute gem! Our pup loved roaming around the property, we loved the open concept and beautiful kitchen! Julie was super easy to get into contact with for all of our questions and getting to wake up and watch their horses roam was a highlight. We most definitely will be staying here again. If you are thinking of booking just do it!
Beautiful 3-bedroom home in a scenic agricultural valley. Everything you need for a calm getaway is provided! Wife & I enjoyed a refreshing "unplugged" time away with our two dogs after an especially stressful Christmas season and the unexpected loss of my father. No snow this January, but we all enjoyed hiking the property's wooded trails.
The location is an incredible little valley of farms. It felt more like parts of Colorado than Minnesota. The home is lovely and one of the better outfitted rental properties I have stayed in.
We had a blast and will definitely stay again in the future.
We had an enjoyable quick stay. The location was beautiful, and felt remote while being close to the highway. We enjoyed being able to take our dogs on a walk through the woods on the trails. Would recommend.
The property and the location are both excellent and well maintained. House was warm and inviting and extremely neat and clean. The location is so beautiful and the scenery is amazing. Loved the horses too. Would definitely go back.
We enjoyed our quiet stay on the outskirts of La Crosse. The views were beautiful, and we were close to many great bike trials in and around La Crosse. Our little dog was afraid the horses on the adjoining property, so we didn't spend as much time outside as we had hoped, but we still enjoyed our stay.
We loved our stay at Julie's place. As people who live in the city, we appreciated the opportunity to escape the noise and lights of our typical environment. We intend to make it an annual trip as it's the perfect little weekend escape for us :)
There are beautiful views out every window! It was a unique experience with horses on the property and farm fields all around. The house is very clean, well maintained, and updated. Julie was very kind and I would recommend this stay to everyone!
It was a very peaceful, clean and comfortable visit. We had daily wildlife sightings. Flower gardens were gorgeous and wildflower lined country roads. Life at its best.
We had a great short trip to celebrate our anniversary. Beautiful area nestled in the valley. Our dogs were with and loved the land and saying hi to the horses. We saw deer every day and had a nice walk through the trails on the property. Hope to visit again next year.
The home has everything you need with large rooms and comforts of home. Thanks!
The distance to town was a little drive but it was worth it considering how beautiful the inside of the house was and the setting it was located in. My family and I really enjoyed the hiking trails on the property. We would definitely consider staying here again!
