Brand New Listing! Beautifully decorated and Sparkling clean modern new house. Located only 6 minutes to downtown and 3 minutes to 5 Points East Nashville.
You must see this stunning new home that sleeps up to 4 people in two bedrooms located at each end of the home for greater privacy. Master bedroom has a king bed and front bedroom has a queen. I have white noise sleep machines in both bedrooms for a deep restful nights sleep . You will immediately feel at home in this spacious home comfortable getaway. With an open concept floor plan and beautiful kitchen/dining space, you will have the ultimate haven to recharge after a long day out and about exploring Music City. You will be happy you chose to stay at The East Nashville Getaway!

A lovely bungalow

Wendy’s property is so nicely decorated and the amenities were high end! She reached out to us before our stay and offered any assistance and on the day of, she offered for us to come in a little early if we needed to. Even though we weren’t able to take her up on that, it was a kind gesture. Overall a great location and beautiful space to enjoy Nashville!

Beautiful Home

This home was beautiful and clean. It is a great location away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway but close enough to get anywhere by Uber within 10-15 minutes. We would definitely stay here again!

PERFECT COTTAGE

This house was absolutely adorable. Everything was comfortable and easy to access. The neighborhood was quiet and just outside of town. The owner was so easy to communicate with, it was like talking to a friend. We will definitely be back!

I didn't expect such a lovely, elegant stay... perfect for us! Real separate bedrooms, full kitchen, relaxing TV & sofa. We did a laundry & enjoyed the avante bath & gorgeous shower. Made the whole trip!

This was a very nice home! The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom set up was great as we went with another couple. About a 10 minute ride to Broadway. Uber was easy to get any time of day. Quiet neighborhood. We would definitely book here again.

Vacation in Nashville

The house was perfect for two couples. Close enough to downtown Nashville but far enough away that you could escape the hustle and bustle. The bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house so you could have some privacy. Great restaurants not far from the house. All of us agreed we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Amazing property in Nashville

This modern house was very comfy for two couples, and decorated beautifully. The property manager was very accommodating to all of our needs, and even gifted me a bottle of champagne for my birthday. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Nashville.
