Welcome to Paradise! Unit 301 with 180 degrees unobstructed Mexican Gulf View.
We just repainted our apartment and renovated the bathroom.
The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with Keurig K-Mini Coffee Maker, Cable TV, Wi-Fi, dining area, and living room with sliding glass doors. 2 Queen beds in the bedroom and a queen Murphy bed in the living room.

We spend every new years at this apartment and love it. Perfect location, in great condition, feet from the beach, and close to all kinds of restaurants, ice cream shops, and stores. Great communication from the owner and building management. Can't wait to go back!

Longboat Key was great

The condo was great, right on the beach with easy access. The location in Longboat Key was very nice, a lot of privacy but with shopping, restaurants, within close driving range (10 minutes or so). We will definitely try to come back to this location in the future.

This is our third year spending new years in Sergey’s beautiful apartment. We love this property for its central location, steps to a gorgeous beach, and this beautiful apartment. It’s super clean, well maintained, and has everything you need for a great stay.

Wonderful girl getaway

What a wonderful place to stay the grounds are beautiful it is so quiet peaceful it feels almost home and you like it your private beach and your private residence. Everyone that you there the staff and even the gas were so wonderful and it seemed like everybody had been there many years in a row. That tells you something about a place when people return year after year.

Beautiful views, perfect location, easy check-in!

This condo was perfect for our trip to Longboat Key! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We even saw dolphins! The furnishings were clean and the bed was comfortable. The property was right on the water and chairs and umbrellas were provided, which was definitely a plus! The property management company was very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Long boat key 2024

Was good / owner needs to invest in new mattress especially the Murphy bed mattress was completely shot. Springs showing through mattress / really bummed us out because we wanted to use that to sleep there and listen to the golf. Supper bummed / there was some maintenance issues as well / thank you for your time / Adams
