About this property

Golf course guest home convenient to Oxford, lakes and entertainment

This is a newly renovated home to be used as our guest house for family and friends. This home is in the Westmoreland Heights subdivision in Batesville, just 2 blocks off Highway 6. The house is adjacent to our family home and sits atop a hill overlooking the 16th and 18th fairways of the Panola Country Club golf course. It features an open floor plan with a modern central kitchen with all new upscale appliances. We also have a basketball court for a little outdoor activity.

For SEC sports fans, we provide the "calm before the storm" being 25 minutes from Vaught-Hemingway Stadium, The Pavilion and Swayze Field. For peaceful and mindful visits, our guests are 5 minutes from Magnolia Grove Monastery. Plenty of food and shopping available in Batesville and 25 minutes from the Oxford Square. For hunting and fishing enthusiasts, we are 5 minutes from Sardis Lake and 10 from Enid Lake and surrounded by some of the best hunting land in Mississippi. If you are gambler, we are 45 minutes from the Tunica casinos, with new Sportsbook available.

Wonderful home!

Great Experience; Clean Home!

My sister and I stayed here with our families and it was perfect for us. The house was very clean and the check in process was easy. There’s a small creek at the back of the property that my ) year old son and 7 year old nephew loved exploring. We’ll definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Perfect Home!!!!

This place is an absolute gem!!! Only 15 min from Oxford, close to interstate so easy drive. Home is so clean, beautiful and has EVERYTHING you could need. Great Property and Host!

Everything was beautiful and so comfortable! Check in and check out was super easy. Neighborhood was great. We didn’t get to use it because it was raining, but the outside space was great as well. Batesville was just a short drive to Oxford for the Kentucky/Ole Miss game. People are SUPER FRIENDLY there!!

Perfect

Very nice huge property, great location and very clean. This is my second stay at this property and our third is already booked for next year. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to the highway and plenty of restaurants. Our family from 3 different states met here and there was plenty of room for all of us. The property has an open floor plan so people can sit in different spots but still feel together. I cannot recommend this property enough.

Outstanding

We had a total of 7 people and it was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. Rosary was amazing and so helpful. We came in for three nights from Oklahoma for a football game in Oxford and it was the perfect place off the beaten path and outside of all the crazy of Oxford. While still making it easy to get there. We were incredibly impressed with the home, location and amenities of the property.

Perfectly appointed home off the beaten path of Ole Miss. Easy to get to and my student enjoyed the getaway with very comfortable beds!! The golf cart was a super fun way to check out the golf course in as well :) Owner was incredibly helpful with pointing the way to restaurants, etc.

Graduation weekend

This is a beautiful, well appointed home in a beautiful golf course neighborhood. Very quiet, yet near the highways. A 30 minute drive to the Ole Miss campus and Oxford. Home was very comfortable for our group of 7 adults. We highly recommend this charming home.

Stayed for Softball Tournament

This house was perfect for our family to get out of the heat at a nearby softball tournament for our daughter. It comfortably held 7 of us. My dad enjoyed the back deck, kids enjoyed basketball and having room to run around, my wife and I enjoyed walking the neighborhood. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Rosemary!

The Perfect Property

Huge property with plenty of room and very clean. Extremely well taken care of. Owners went above and beyond my expectations with the amenities. The house is very well stocked. Absolutely Incredible Property!

We booked this property for a weekend trip to watch the Gamecocks take on Ole Miss in football. We were very impressed from the time we pulled into the driveway to the time we headed back home. Mrs. Rosemary went above and beyond our expectations with everything from information about Ole Miss to good places to eat. Without a doubt she made our trip much better with that information! We can't thank Mrs. Rosemary enough for the great Southern hospitality! The house is absolutely gorgeous and the layout worked perfect for the 7 guests in our party. The muffins were a big hit with everyone, so delicious!! We will for sure book this property again next time we visit town and recommend it to anyone!!

Great Getaway

We came down to visit my daughter at Ole Miss and stayed at this Beautiful house for the second time. This house has everything you need and the views on the back porch are amazing. We loved our time there and the owner Rosemary is always available if you need anything. Home is only about a 23 minute drive to Ole Miss. We will definitely book it on our next trip to Oxford ! ❤️
