BEST TIME OF YEAR TO COME TO THE BEACH! NO CROWDS!

This is the place for a perfect family vacation! No traffic, no high rises, and miles of private beach. Stay at the nicest property on the beach. Condo has 2 large master bedrooms perfect for two families to share. Each master has a king size bed, flat screen TV, huge walk in closet and large bathroom with his/hers sinks. The kids bunk room has a twin bed on top and full bed on the bottom bunk. Short walk to the beach and pier for fishing. The balcony overlooks the gorgeous pool and has gulf views. The pool area has plenty of comfortable lounge chairs, as well as a hot tub for your relaxation.

Wonderful Condo

We had a wonderful time and this condo was perfect for our family! We especially enjoyed having the two master suites. We have stayed at Waterside Village several times and this stay was awesome! The condo size was perfect for 4 adults and our 2 grandchildren. It was clean and comfortable.

Beautiful! Right across from the beach with a gorgeous pool and balcony to boot!

We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Large accommodating condo right across the street from Mexico Beach. A short walk from restaurants, the pier, and a well-stocked gas station with cold beer and ice cream! The owners were very easy to get in touch with and made our stay perfect. Can't wait to come back!

The condo was just as listed, the dryer stopped working but the owner responded and took care of it in a very timely manner. Well stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend it and for sure would stay here again.

Met Our Expectations

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Waterside Village. All the beds were comfortable. One of my daughter’s that has a hard time sleeping, slept wonderfully the whole week! We loved the pool. The walk to the beach Wasn’t bad at all. The beach was beautiful too! We will definitely be coming back!

The entire process was exceptional. The property was perfect. Super clean every where you go. Pools were very well kept. The rooms are massive and look brand new. Plenty of room. Super clean. Highly recommend 10/10. Small walk to the beach not bad at all. Area very quiet and calm. Requires 5-30 min drive for stores and restaurants, but not a big deal at all. Very relaxing atmosphere.

Needed important info

The property was nice. The only problem we had was when we arrived, there was a sign that said no trailers parked on property. Nowhere on the listing or the info from the owner mentioned this and we had trailered down a golf cart. The next morning, we were threatened with towing. Luckily we found somewhere to store it. This needs to be mentioned. HOA president said it should have been. That was bad business.

Wonderful stay!

Condo was larger than expected, great location, easy access to the beach. My kids enjoyed using the beach toys that were there & the beach caddy. The Dollar General a mile or so down the road was a gem for picking up things you might need. I recommend eating at Shipwreck so delicious we ate there twice.

Such a nice Weekend!

Gathering three families is hard these days! We were able to get together for the Memorial Day holiday! Our family had a beach home at Mexico Beach for many years. It was destroyed by Hurricane Michael. We have many wonderful memories. Now we are creating new memories with our grandchildren and this location was just right! This was our second time staying here! Everything was perfect.

Overall the property was as listed. Everything worked great. Only minor issue, could use a few more bath linens. Fortunately, there is a washer/dryer. Otherwise, 👍
