VORSICHT!!!!!!

Das Wasser aus den Rohren war den gesamten Aufenthalt nicht zu ertragen. Wenn man das Wasser benutzte STANK DAS GANZE HAUS STUNDENLANG NACH GÜLLE. Nach telefonischer Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter wurde uns versichert, dass das Wasser "ungefährlich" wäre. Später wurde per Mail zugestanden, dass das an Sulfaten liegt. Sulfate in Verbindung mit Organischen Stoffen (undichte Rohrleitungen) ergibt es HOCHGIFTIGES SCHWEFELWASSERSTOFF!!!! Wer glaubt, hier ungestört Urlaub machen zu können, hat sich geirrt. Fast täglich (7 von 9 Tagen) kam irgendjemand vorbei und wollte Zutritt zum Grundstück (Pool Boy, Haushälterinnen, Gärtner). Eine von Anfang an defekte, nicht zu schließende, Veranda-Schiebetür wurde uns angelastet und in Rechnung gestellt. Wir werden dort unter keinen Umständen jemals dort wieder Urlaub machen.

Tolles Ferienhaus, liebevoll eingerichtet, super Pool

Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa Belle Rose sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt alleinstehend quasi auf der Wiese, in ca. 100m oder mehr Entfernung gibt es noch andere Häuser. Das nächste Dörfchen ist 1-2km Schotterstrasse entfernt, die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca. 5-8 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir fühlten uns extrem wohl und irgendwie wie "zu Hause". Auch der Garten mit dem Pool ist sehr schön, es gibt sogar eine Grillgelegenheit. Nach Varna sind es mit dem Auto ca. 45 Minuten, nach Balchik ca. 15 Minuten. Absolut empfehlenswert. Einen super Strand findet man weiter nördlich in Krapets, was ca. 20 Minuten weit entfert ist. Das heisst, wenn man mit dem Auto etwas mobil ist, dann ist die Lage des Hauses ein guter Ausgangspunkt, die nördliche Schwarzmeerküste kennenzulernen. Das Haus selbst ist absolut empfehlenswert, wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Villa Bellerose amazing place to be

Excellent situation not too far from Varna and located in the surroundings where the famous Golf Resorts are! We enjoyed very much the private swimmingpool with direct view on the Black sea! The house is decorated with new furniture and has all new equipment. Perfect place for us as we wanted to be away from the crowd and being in a quiet and relax place with beautiful view. Round the corner Kavarna and Balchik. We will come back!

Excellent

Hemos pasado una semana maravillosa en este lugar encantador y tranquilo Hemos disfrutado del ambiente acogedor y tranquillo del jardín y observando las mariposas y los parajitos alrededor de una bonita piscina, aprovechando de una hermosa terraza y de la barbacoa. El lugar es tranquilo con poca gente alrededor pero con una vista espectacular sobre el mar y a dos pasos de una playa estupenda y de un fantástico campo de golf a proximidad.. La casa es nueva e impecable con su decoración moderna de mucho gusto. A dos km tuvimos la posibilidad de hacer nuestras compras en el pueblo pintoresco de Kavarna donde comer y comprar es baratísimo. Bulgaria merece la pena de visitar. Mucho sol con una briza de mar agradable.
