Approx 5 mi drive to Winter Park Resort (or Free Shuttle, "The Lift" ~ 0.2 mi) for skiing, snowboarding, alpine slides, mountain biking or hiking. The Fraser River and Fraser River Trail are just minutes away for fishing and hiking. Grand Lake ~ 30 minutes. Queen bed in Master, 2 full beds in guest room, full-size pull out sofa with memory foam mattress. Large flat screen TV, cable and DVD player and wireless internet. *New Carpet 5/2022*

What makes this property unique
Waterfront property and views of ski hill in an excellent location! Walk to grocery, liquor store and restaurants, stop in the Resale Shop, Cozens Museum or Headwaters Center for local history - be sure and pick up a Sky-Hi News paper for current events during your stay (paper boxes found around Winter Park and Fraser, update on Fridays - keep your eye out, they go quickly!)
