Bring your Family and friends to this cozy 4 bedroom, 2 bath, pool home. Located on the north-side and lake side of 95 and only minutes from boat launch on London Bridge Road. Spacious Kitchen with open living. Beautiful pool table, to handle with care, for some added entertainment.

King in master with walk in shower, queen in 2nd and 3rd quest bedrooms, and a twin with a queen hidedabed in 4th quest bedroom. Spacious patio with lots of seating and BBQ. Freshly landscaped yard surrounds the updated swimming pool spa that are heat-able with electric heat pump.

Quite street with RV/Boat parking with added secured parking. Pets negotiable.

Great pool house!

Great house! Plenty of room for large groups. Pool has a nice Baja shelf for little kids to play on. We will definitely book again.

Beautiful home!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious with lots of beds. 7 kids (17-18 yrs old) enjoyed the pool and pool table. The AC was restricted by the owner initially but they eventually changed it for us. The pool cues were kind of cheap too. Nice table. Bad cues. Aside from that the home is really nice.

Nice house and location

Enjoyed the house with family and friends, a few minor points to think about just in case. The house is actually a 3 bedroom with an added room connected to one of the bedrooms, which is great for a couple with kids for that setup. The other point is the driveway is very steep so if you have a boat you will have to leave it in the front of the house. Otherwise the house worked very well for us.

Beautiful house for families. Wish we could have used the jacuzzi though! Also wish there was a supply of coffee. :-) Great place....would stay there again.

2021 havasu trip

We have stayed in lake havasu every summer in a VRBO. This is a clean house with all the amenities. It’s really close to the marina on a quiet street. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. We didn’t have any issues so there wasn’t a lot of communication with the host, however leading up to the trip Dayna was very responsive.

It was a nice place. Quiet area. Pool is a bit too warm and you cannot use the chiller. Also, the fourth bedroom is attached to a third bedroom, so a bit awkward if you have 4 adult couples, but for kids its great. Overall super nice place. Enjoyed our stay

Family vacation

Boat and SeaDoo parking was great. Large kitchen with plenty of appliances, dishes, etc. Pool table was fun to have and large table for family game nights. Comfortable bedrooms that accommodated 10. We totally enjoyed our stay.

The property was just as advertised. It’s a great house and was very clean. Overall I enjoyed our stay. I just wish the extra bedroom would’ve had a TV but other than that everything was awesome.

We had a very nice stay. We appreciated how clean it was. Unfortunately the house wasn’t “guest” ready for us due to miscommunication with staff. A treasure hunt at midnight wasn’t too much fun, but once we got in, cooled down the house, turned on the water, and a good night sleep under our belt, it was a good stay. We would stay there again.
