About this property

This 1-bedroom condo located just north of downtown Victor, ID is perfect for a quiet stay in Teton Valley. Actual driving distance from 'The Ponds Condominium' complex to the center of Victor is 1.05 miles. It's a two story complex with this unit located on the upstairs level. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom. The kitchen is equipped w/ a stove, microwave, full sized refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, assorted pots & pans, flatware, glasses and 2 bay sink (no dishwasher). There is internet/wifi available for use w/ Netflix, Hulu, etc. through the use of a Roku device that is provided. The bathroom is full-sized and there is a stacked washer/dryer in the condo for use. The common areas are landscaped and 3 dumpsters are located on-site for trash disposal. Having lived in the Teton area for over 20 years, with 5 of those years residing in Victor, I can attest that this is a great little town that's continually growing and is located in the perfect area of the valley. Its location provides convenient access to West Yellowstone and Grand Targhee Resort on the west side of the Tetons. And then Grand Teton National Park, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and the great town of Jackson, WY on the east side of the Tetons can be accessed with a short drive over beautiful Teton Pass, where you are dropped into the Snake River valley and numerous adventures can ensue.

Great condo

Great location near the Tetons. Easy drive through the pass to access all of the local attractions. The condo was well stocked and very clean. Quiet area as well.

Perfect place for one.

This was my second stay. The Ponds is a quiet condo complex set among trees.It is close to my family who live in a very small house with no guest room for Grandma.Robert is a considerate and responsive host. When I had an issue with the door lock, he dealt with it immediately. I will stay there again when I visit.

Beautiful cozy home away from home

Great stay!

Robert has an excellent place to stay! He has provided many extra amenities that made our stay extra special. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals if you would like. We were delighted to find games to play, info about area attractions, plenty of linens and much more. You will not be sorry if you book his rental. We will gladly stay here again!

Clean, quiet, convenient

Nice place for hiking around the Tetons. Easy parking, washer/dryer is a nice plus. Comfortable place to stay. We left a Scabble set that we bought used at a nearby resale shop. Enjoy it!

Great little apartment

Nice, well stocked property close to “downtown” Victor and very convenient to Jackson and the Tetons. Quiet apartment complex within walking distance of a really good cidery. In house washer and dryer was very convenient.

Lovely condo in a lovely setting

We really enjoyed the condo. It was great with washer/dryer and a fully stocked kitchen. A wonderful grocery store is just 10 minutes away, which we loved. It was unseasonably hot and no AC, but there were fans and it was fine. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of hot water and linens.

Cozy & clean apartment

The pictures on the website don't do justice to this place. The apartment is very cozy and it has everything you need for your stay. The drive to the Grand Teton National Park is literally 35 to 40 min depending on traffic.The owner (Mr. Robert) was very helpful and easy to reach. I definitely recommend this place.

Sweet spot

The condo is on the second floor, accessed via outside stairs. The property is perfect: clean, well-equipped, a good size. Parking is convenient. Victor is a nice town. The condo is about 40 minutes from Jackson over a pass, which can be challenging at night. But it was a great location for accessing Yellowstone from the west entrance and the Tetons from the south.

Three week rental

This apartment was just what I needed for a transition period between temporary and long term residences. Everything was handled professionally and smoothly. The apartment was exactly as described on the web site. The owner’s on-site information was well presented and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Great base camp for the Tetons

Property was a wonderful place for our visit to the Teton National Park. Condo is clean, well stocked (supplies and kitchen), laundry was appreciated as well. While the condo does get hot in the summer months the fans kept us cool and comfortable. The condo is very quiet (we never heard any neighbors) and plenty of parking. Victor is a quaint town and a short 1.5 hours to the park (Current construction in Jackson was a challenge). Recommend the back way into the park (thru Teton Village). Condo was perfect for our needs - owner provided all required info ahead of time. Set-up for TV / Streaming was easy and simple - appreciated being able to come home after a long day and relax with a good meal and show. Highly recommend this property

Relaxation vacation spot

Super clean with nice decorating throughout. Even had an ice chest and frozen juice container for lunches to go. Very thoughtful touch. Bed was very comfortable after sight seeing all day; had “The Company Store” pillows which were delightful. Two hours from the West Entrance to Yellowstone. Nice to be away from the busy part of the National Parks. But keep in mind the extra driving time involved. Great place to stay. Highly recommend!!
