Architect cottage in the garrigue

Contemporary new ecological gîte (awarded in 2013 and 2016) on the edge of a typical Gard village (with mini-market + café restaurant), near Uzès (23 km) and Pont du Gard (43 km). The property is an ancient vast pasture surrounded by magnificent garrigue trees which provide welcome shade for barbecue and relaxation for 2, 3 or 4 people (2 double beds). Neat interior design: living room - kitchen (microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine possibility), 2 bedrooms, bathroom, wc). 2 wifi networks. Nature, sport, heritage and art activities. Swimming in the nautical center (3km), river (10 km) and waterfalls (28 km). Over 200 km of hiking / mountain biking trails. 3 equestrian centers within a radius of 3 km.

Wunderbar

Ungewöhnliches und ansprechendes kleines Haus in sehr ruhiger Umgebung. Luc war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und Hauskatze Poppy war zu unserer Freude eine schöne Gesellschaft.

Maison cube dans jardin prairie.

Agréable et joliment décorée, maison de vacances dans beau village Gardois, au calme. Hôte très accueillant. Bonne base pour visites grotte Chauvet, pont du Gard, cascades du Sautadet, Mont Bouquet. Village avec épicerie et bar restaurant sympathiques, avec produits locaux.

Ferien in der Garrigue

Funktional ausgestattet und mit allem was man so braucht eingerichteter Kubus mit eigenständiger Architektur. Es entstand in der kurzen Zeit eine sehr freundliche und vertrauensvolle Beziehung zu Luc und der Hauskatze. Zu empfehlen sind auch das Lädchen im Ort und die Dorfkneipe. Location et hôte très agréables

Avons passé un bon séjour dans cette location bien située pour visiter le Gard et le sud de l'Ardèche. Au calme, bonne épicerie au village. Notre hôte, Luc, est très agréable et disponible si besoin.

Séjour agréable

Location pour un évènement dans le coin, nous n'avons pas beaucoup utilisé le logement. Nous avons eu un problème d'eau chaude le dernier jour, sûrement résolu depuis. Le logement est fonctionnel pour 4 personnes, l'hôte accueillant et arrangeant pour les horaires. Endroit calme.

Très bon sejour

L'accueil du propriétaire est chaleureux et en toute simplicité. Le logement est conforme au descriptif, décoré avec goût et fantaisie. Il est situé dans un beau jardin dans lequel nous avons pris le soleil (en compagnie de Poppi) . Aux alentours de nombreuses promenades balisées et autres beaux villages. Commerce et restaurant à Fons. Si nous avons l'occasion de repasser dans la région, nous n'hésiterions pas à nous y arrêter à nouveau. Sylviane et Youri

location conforme au descriptif répondant à nos attentes. Très bien localisée pour visiter le nord du Gard et le sud de l'Ardèche, dans un village agréable, le cube et le jardin attenant nous ont permis de profiter d'une tranquillité totale et profiter des conseils de notre hôte.

Séjour au calme avec les senteurs aromatiques de la garrigue !👌🌿

Super accueil par le propriétaire Luc. Endroit où le temps s’arrête au calme, que l’on soit allongé dans les hamacs où entrain de déjeuner au frais sous la tonelle avec les cigales et les grillons. La maison est très propre, rien à redire. Un petit plus serait de mettre une petite table devant pour le petit déj, plutôt que de petit déjeuner loin sous la tonelle. Sinon, pensez à réserver votre table au restaurant «La Goulade » du village car les places sont limitées surtout en juillet et août ! Et les autres restos à Lussan sont aussi pris d’assaut surtout en période de Covid où il y a moins de couverts. Donc, l’info c’est que vous pouvez aller au village à côté, a Mejannes le Cap, a la pizzeria « L’italiano » les pizzas sont bonnes, le cadre est en revanche dès plus simple, mais la patronne est très arrangeante et sympa !

Merci à Luc pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Un très bel endroit avec plein d’activités nature à faire. Un très beau séjour pour nous, avec nos enfants de 6 et 8 ans.

Ein Traum!

Wir hätten noch sehr lange bleiben wollen. Es war zauberhaft und ein Traumurlaub. Herr Fuhrmann ist ein äußerst sympatischer Gastgeber, der jederzeit mit vielen Ausflugtips, helfender Hand und seiner freundlichen Wärme alles tut, um seinen Gästen das Gefühl zu geben, wie Gott in Frankreich zu leben. Und das tut man. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön, das Innere des Hauses geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auf sehr modernem Stand. Die Sauberkeit bekommt eine Note 1 mit zehn Sternchen. Alles ist liebevoll gestaltet, was daran liegen mag, dass der Gastgeber selbst ein liebenwerter Mensch ist. Besonders wunderschön ist es bei Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang im Garten zu sitzen und einfach still zu genießen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich eine ansprechende Einkaufsmöglichkeit für alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs. Die umliegenden Dörfer und Städte sind einzigartig in ihrer erhaltenen mittelalterlichen Struktur. Der Weinanbau, Flüsse in denen man baden kann, und größere Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Uzès, Avignon und viele weitere sind mit Auto komfortabel zu erreichen. Die Menschen sind sehr hilfreich und ausgesprochen freundlich und höflich. Der samstägliche Markt in Uzès ist ein Erlebnis. Das Dorf 'Fons sur Lusann' selbst in ein wahrer kleiner Schatz mit Brunnen und kleinen verträumten Straßen. Wir W E R D E N wiederkehren ... zu dem wundevollen Gastgeber, dem kleinen Häuschen im Grünen und der zauberhaften Umgebung in Frankreich. Der Urlaub ist in unseren Herzen. DANKE Luc!

Séjour enchanteur de quatre jours au sein d'un environnement propice au repos, aux belles ballades ainsi qu'aux visites de superbes sites alentours. Idéalement situé pour profiter des richesses du Gard et de l'Ardèche, le gîte offre également un habitat atypique alliant modernité, confort et fonctionnalité à un paysage somptueux. Wunderbare Atmosphäre und Ruhe

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Lage wunderbar ruhig, das Grundstück riesig, der Sitzplatz unterm Baum traumhaft. Luc, der Vermieter, ist sehr nett, charmant und hilfsbereit. Das Dorf ist sehr gepflegt und hat viel südfranzösischen Charme. Es gibt einen netten Dorfladen mit allem, was man täglich braucht, und ein nettes Bistro mit sehr schöner Terrasse. In der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Dörfer und kleine Städte (insbesondere Uzes), schöne Wandermöglichkeiten, in den Flüssen kann man herrlich baden, Kanufahren und Ausruhen. Ein toller Ort für Ruhe und Erholung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und denken gerne an die wunderbaren Tage.

Une location qui tient toutes ses promesses !!

Luc est un hôte très attentionné, chaleureux mais et discret. Le logement permet une immersion totale dans la nature gardoise, confortable et très bien équipé. Nous recommandons ce logement qui nous a permis de passer quelques jours au calme et de visiter une zone riche en tout point de vue.

Luc est un hôte très disponible, chaleureux mais discret. Le logement est parfaitement équipé, et sa situation en pleine nature nous a permis de passer quelques jours au calme absolu. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement parfaitement situé pour visiter le Gard.
