The villa LE SONGE DES LAVANDES has been entirely thought for the holidays, a large garden awaits you: swimming pool, deckchair, teak garden furniture, swing, covered terrace with dining area, plancha, barbecue, petanque!
You will enjoy 3 spacious bedrooms each with a bed 140 x 190, including a master suite can accommodate a wheelchair user with bathroom shower and private toilet, another bathroom with bath and a separate toilet and more .
The villa is labeled Gîtes de France, 3 ears. This label is a guarantee because it is obtained after visiting an inspector.
The villa is accessible to people with reduced mobility

We are ideally located between the Natural Park of Alpilles and the Natural Park of Luberon, in a small Provencal village with all its amenities and many leisure nearby (supermarket, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, bowling, lasergame, gym, tennis , golf)
Vehicle essential because no public transport.
Tourist tax: 1,30 € / day / adult
Attention abritel will only charge you a portion of the tourist tax, the full complement of 1. 30 € will be paid upon arrival

Deposit of the house:
900 € to be paid on arrival and returned on departure if compliant (check accepted)
Cleaning deposit:
80 € to be paid on arrival (returned if cleaning done in accordance)

Accessible dream

We had a lovely stay in Provence. The house is just as described - large and easy to navigate for our wheelchair users. Small lips at entry/exit doorways but his foldable scooter was able to navigate them with a little help. Bathroom was wonderful - spacious and easy to use. For US visitors, remember to ask for linens if you need them (add about 100 euros for sheets and towels) -it's all in the rental contract but easy to miss if you aren't used to the French gite thing. Christelle was a wonderful hostess, great communicator and problem solved when we accidentally messed up the washer (oops!).

Vacances de rêves au songe des lavandes

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour. La maison, décorée avec goût, est entièrement équipée et spacieuse : beau séjour, cuisine équipée et ergonomique, buanderie, chambres personnalisées de belles tailles ... Tout est propre,bien pensé. Très bel extérieur : jardin entretenu et fleuri, belle terrasse, coin repas ombragé et piscine agréable. Même le terrain de pétanque y est !! Christelle et son mari sont très accueillant, souriant et veillent avec discrétion aux bien être de leurs vacanciers. A recommander sans réserve et nous reviendrons sans la moindre hésitation ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le confort et le charme de cette maison, parfaite pour une personne en fauteuil roulant. Il faudrait rajouter une marche pour l'accès piscine, hauteur des marches très haute, mais la piscine est un plus très agréable. Christelle est charmante et nous a très bien accueilli. Je recommande, la région est magnifique !!

Très belle maison, malheureusement un peu proche de la route ce qui fait que ça gâche un peu la tranquillité. Un peu déçu par la piscine car très difficile d’accès, première marche très basse ce qui nous oblige à nous mettre à quatre patte pour y rentrer , donc très compliqué pour une personne âgée qui n’a pas pu en profiter autant qu’il l’aurait souhaité. Maison bien située pour visiter les Alplilles et une partie du Luberon. Commerces à proximité. Hébergement spacieux et très agréable, confortable et bien équipé. Aménagements PMR appréciables : accès extérieur et intérieur en fauteuil, possible de circuler en fauteuil à l'intérieur. Sdb attenante à une des chambre. Douche à l'italienne et espace libre sous lavabo. Des compléments d'équipements sont proposés si besoin : des barres ventouses de plusieurs tailles ainsi qu'un tabouret. En revanche les toilettes sont à hauteur standard et ne comportent pas de barre releveur. Le lit est également standard mais il semble qu'il soit possible d'avoir un équipement spécifique, voir avec la propriétaire. Globalement nous étions 3 amies et avons passé un excellent séjour.

Gut eingerichtetes Haus für Rollstuhlfahrer/innen. Jedoch empfiehlt sich je nach Behinderung genau nach der benötigten Infrastruktur nachzufragen. Liegenschaft liegt perfekt um die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Provence zu erkunden.

Une bien belle location.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la villa, située à l'extrême sortie du village, en bordure de petite route. Le descriptif correspond complètement à ce que nous avons trouvé. Grâce aux murs épais et en aérant le matin, l'intérieur ne fut jamais "étouffant" bien que les températures ont oscillé entre 34 et 37. Une semaine qui fut donc formidable, sous la pergola ou au bord de la piscine abrités des regards, bercée par les cigales dans la chaleur et la beauté de la Provence, à mi-chemin entre Alpilles et Lubéron. Un grand merci également aux propriétaires, disponibles et discrets, pour l'accueil.

Insgesamt zufrieden

Das Haus ist geräumig und praktisch eingerichtet, der Pool ein super Bonus- das Ganze ein wenig "seelenlos"- man merkt eben dass es ein reines Vermietungsobjekt ist. Christelle war hilfsbereit. Gestört hat uns, dass man Handtücher und Bettwäsche selbst mitbringen muss, bzw. eben bezahlen, was ich für einen Familienurlaub sehr unpraktisch finde und die Preise zum leihen nicht angemessen- daher ein Punkt Abzug. Plan d´orgon ist kein schöner Ort, aber das Haus liegt strategisch günstig, wir sind zu allen spannenden Ausflugszielen in der Region max. 30 Minuten gefahren.

Ayant une enfant handicapée, cette propriété était vraiment adaptée à son état de santé ! Cet endroit est calme, propre ! mais je conseillerai d'avoir un véhicule pour pouvoir faire des sorties etc.... ! La propriétaire était vraiment à notre écoute , d'une gentillesse inouie, cordiale ! Excellente prestation

Un accueil très chaleureux, la villa est très bien équipée dans un état exceptionnel. Elle est neuve, volet électrique, portail etc. Et en plus tout le nécessaire pour un premier jour, sel, huile, café etc.. et un jus de pomme bio de producteur local. Vraiment merci à Christelle pour son accueil et. Très bientôt je l’espere.
