This home is the perfect spot for mountain bikers and outdoor lovers of Southern Utah. Sky Haven is in the brand-new community called The Casitas at Sienna Hills. Located close to all the Southern Utah attractions. Zion National Park is only 32 miles, Sand Hollow and Quail Lake State Park are only 5 minutes, downtown St. George is only 10 minutes away. You can even pedal right from your garage to endless mountain biking trails such as Prospector Church Rocks Loop. The J.E.M, Gooseberry Mesa, More Cowbell, and Little Creek Mountain are also nearby.

You will have easy access to bike and hiking trails, shopping, dining, and an abundance of other activities to make it the best vacation experience.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee pot, crockpot, blender, pancake grill, waffle maker, toaster, spices, and mixing bowls to enjoy baking. The kitchen area will seat 8 with additional seating at the bar. The living room has a comfortable couch, three chairs, and a large flat-screen TV. You will also enjoy the large back patio with beautiful views. The patio has a bbq and patio furniture to enjoy the warm desert breeze.

The main level master suite features a king-size bed. The room is perfectly decorated and comes with a flat-screen TV. The master bathroom has dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Also features a large walk-in closet with a washer and dryer.

The second master bedroom is also located on the main floor which features a Queen. The second master bathroom has a tub shower combo.

The third master bedroom is on the second floor and features a king bed. The third master bathroom has a tub shower combo.

The fourth master bedroom has two queen beds. Also features two twin blow-ups and a queen blow-up bed. The fourth master bath features a tub shower combo.

Beautiful Clean house at a great location

Property was clean which is a must for us. All amenities provided. Enough rooms and bathrooms so easy to get ready and leave for Zion in the mornings. All bedrooms were either queen/king which is so rare to find and which we loved Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. The four bedrooms and four bathrooms were perfect for our group. The home was well kept and clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the complex. We would definitely be interested in renting here again if we return to the St. George area.

This was a great place for our family to stay for a week. We are very picky when it comes to cleanliness and this condo was extremely clean. Plenty of towels, pool towels, and dishes. Very comfortable!

Family Vacation Getaway

This place was perfect for our group. Every room had its own bathroom - which is a must when vacationing with all adults. We were super close to the I-15 on ramps, but the area was super quiet and out of the way of the busyness of the city. Zion National Park was less than an hour drive and Sand Hollow only about 20 minutes away. The ride up to Toquerville Falls was also definitely worth the adventure, and the falls did not disappoint! The property was clean and ready for us when we arrived, and checking in and out was super easy! Definitely recommend!!

I just recently moved to St. George to attend school. My friends from home surprised me with a birthday party down here and we all stayed in the home. Enjoyed the weekend hiking and swimming at Sand Hollow. The house was super nice and very clean!

Lovely, comfortable and clean

This home was lovely, very clean and beautifully decorated. There were five(5) of us and each (one couple)had their own bedroom and bath with lots of room. The community was very nice and quiet. Any communication we had with property manager was easy and quickly responded to. We had no problems or complaints. Our stay there was short but we enjoyed every minute of it. The location was very convenient for whatever we needed, as well as, for sightseeing. First time ever in this state and we absolutely loved it - breathtakingly beautiful!

CLEAN! CLEAN! CLEAN! Everything we needed

This property is fantastic! Everything is clean and organized. We wanted a place for the seniors in our group to be on the main level and for everyone to have their own bathroom. Perfect! The only thing I can say we didn't like was that we didn't realize the dining room table was bar height. We love to sit around the table and talk and play cards and after a while it gets uncomfortable. They have a cute game room upstairs but our seniors didn't want to climb up the stairs. We would love to stay here again!

Weekend Gateaway

Our family stayed in this townhome for 4th of July weekend. The townhome is exactly as pictures. Very clean, beds are comfortable, backyard view is beautiful. About 40 minutes to Zion National Park. After going to Zion for an 11 mile hike we made use of the grill. We had dinner in the backyard space and enjoyed the view. The next day we visited the pool. Pool is also as pictured, the pool can get very crowded and there are not enough chairs but there is an area with grass where you can lay out and tan. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. We called management for permission to light fireworks and were given the green light. Management was friendly and easy to get ahold of. Overall great experience.

Had the best time, can't wait to come back!

My family 9 adults and 5 grandkids fit perfectly in this 4-suite property. Each little family had their own space and bathroom. Great layout where we could congregate both downstairs in the kitchen, family room area and the upstairs game/movie room. We golfed, swam, hiked, mini-golfed, had professional family photos taken, caught a movie, swam some more and ate very well (mostly in the wonderful kitchen). Plenty of plates, cups, tableware, etc. Even a few things we forgot to bring (zip-lock bags, plastic wrap). The griddle was perfect for making a ton of french toast Sunday morning. I want one just like it for home. The property is in Washington, UT and is 10 mins from downtown St. George. Costco was one freeway exit away as were Walmart anything else we needed. Very handy. We travelled all over the area with no problems. The property pool was just right for our family and grandchildren... they had a blast. Showers on-site to get the chlorine off before drying off in the property-provided beach towels. We grilled outside one evening and enjoyed the provided corn-hole game for a little competitive entertainment. The only regret we have was not booking for longer. Next time we will stay at least a week (we stayed for 5 days). Thanks so much for making our family retreat one for the books!

Fun Vacation home for Families

Since discovering VRBO, my family vacations (and work trips) haven't been the same. This is SO much better than hotel hopping. Our most recent stay at this excellent home was no exception. The home is brand spanking new and inline with modern decor and style. Very clean, with a fully stocked kitchen and a couple of nice gathering spaces for games and movie time. There is lots of sleeping space for a large family. The listing says "sleeps 16". Technically, that is only if you count couches. There is enough bed space for 12 (if you double up on the two twin beds in the bunk bed room). They did have a baby "pack and play" style bed as well. There were plenty of towels and washcloths (as well as towels to use at the community pool). They have also included some basic spices in the kitchen, detergents for the laundry, soaps for the dishes and several common kitchen appliances. Downsides are: This is a brand new development, which also includes the fact that development is still going on near the home. This wasn't a direct issue like construction trucks up and down the street. But, we did get to wake up to the "beep beep" and rumble each morning of the construction going on behind the property. This will obviously go away at some point, but it will be this way for at least a year from the looks of it. Also, the included community pool is nice, but it does get very crowded. The development could use a second pool to support the number of people. Again, not terrible, but I do like being around people in general and I felt it was over crowded most days. Otherwise, this was an excellent stay. I did take the time to call Brandy (the current manager at the time) and found her very helpful and knowledgeable about the property. Check-in and provided information also made the place easy to find and access.

Beautiful clean home!

This duplex was supper clean, spacious and was beautifully furnished! It was close to the pool. We ate all of our meals here. Kitchen was well furnished! It was about 50 minutes from Zion and about 15-20 minutes to many of the parks around the Washington area. Great place to stay with your family!
