The living room includes a large wall-mounted smart TV with DVD player, balcony access, and a sectional sofa with a queen-size fold-out bed for extra guests. Unwind in the comfortable love seat on the large balcony as you enjoy the tranquil beach scenery. The kitchen features oak cabinets, granite counters, and stainless-steel appliances with plenty of utensils and cookware for all of your cooking needs. There is dining table with seating for 5 plus an additional 3 stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, private bath, and balcony access. Beautiful location! Loved that there was an area downstairs with "shared" beach equipment. You can borrow a chair left by others and return it when you're done.
This property was perfect for our girl’s getaway. It was close enough to walk to restaurants and shops and provided the perfect beach access. We will definitely be back!
We came in to one elevator working for 20 floors for 2 days. Our accommodations still had sand on the floors from the last people who were there. Ice maker was torn up, empty ice cube trays in the freezer-so no ice on arrival. There was a broken strap on a balcony chair, two chairs at the ends of the dining table worn out and torn up, There were hand soap dispensers in the bathrooms that only had a tiny bit of soap in them, and there were other people's hairs in the tubs when we arrived. The tubs need either Cloroxed, or replaced. The couch also had a LOT of fabric pills all over it, that could have been quickly taken care of with a razor so that it did not look bad.
I immediately reported all of this to Bella Beach Properties that were handling our stay so that they'd know we did not get a clean and nice accommodations on arrival, although there's all these extra charges added (including the cleaning fee of $200). They sent someone out to try to repair the ice maker and offered someone coming in to "go over the floors again" but we did not want someone coming in while we were already settled in. I cleaned my own tub before use. No one offered to make up for all these things that I reported that were deceiving from the pictures and description of this unit at any time, but I did notice that the cleaning fee seemed to have been taken off of my charges on my bank account. I spent way too much for peak-season on the beach for all those issues to be there.
We had the best time! This wonderful place was so perfect! 12th floor to take in the ocean, the rooms were so spacious, my granddaughters(8 and 5) had their own room with bunks! The decor was gorgeous, the two types of pools and the ocean was non stop water fun! Lots of nearby shopping, great food, incredible weather and the hosts made sure we were very happy. Their communication made every step effortless. Thank you and we will be back and we will stay in the exact same space!
It’s a good condo. We have stayed in this building every year for the past four years, but this was our first time in this unit. In every other unit we have stayed in the management normally sends a code to the unit and parking passes etc are left there. For this unit you have to visit a company to acquire the parking permits. Not a big deal but just a heads up. We did check in late, so the following day I called to tell them the ice maker was broken as well as the door wouldn’t properly close because the door stop was broken and kept preventing the door from closing. The gentleman was very nice and said “thank you for letting me know”. I did call the day before check out to ask about the process. I spoke to someone different who was very helpful. I told him I would leave the ice trays I bought for the next guest. He acted as if he didn’t know about the broken items, so I’m sure had the issues been reported they would have been dealt with. If you are hypersensitive to mold it is worth noting there is a fair amount of mold around the vent in the master bath. If you plan on cooking bring knives and cups. There is a bread knife, two steak knives and 4 drinking glasses. The beds were nice though and patio furniture was great. Overall it was good and security is very visible!
The hostess was quick to respond to anything we needed to inform them of and the location couldn’t have been better. We were so excited to be right off of the beach and to still be close enough to all the delicious local restaurants. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night to listen to the waves. I wish I could give this listing more stars.

Need more elevators. Wait time is long, especially with guest checking in and leaving. Parking is a little hard if you have a large vehicle. Need to update profile picture as they have painted the building and so a little confusing when we got there trying to located the building. But overall accommodations were great. Would stay there again.
We enjoyed our trip, the condo was perfect. It was a much needed trip for our family. (sisters and Mother). The condo had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time.
Loved being so close to great beach access and restaurants. The kitchen was also stocked well with what we needed, as was the laundry room.
I do wish there were beach towels, chairs, and a cooler, but we were able to buy towels and then rent the rest of the items we needed from Baby Quip.

The property is nice, and in the best location. Walkable to anything you need. This condo was beautiful and well decorated. The place it a 20 story building, with two elevators that are slooooow. You could wait 30 minutes to catch a ride down if people are checking in/out. There are two pools, one is a splash pad, and the other is small and no way I'm going in there with 20-30 kids in mid summer. The hot tub is not hot. A great trip, and we will be back, but since we have older kids, we won't stay here.
This condo is very typical for the beach with a coastal theme. Everything was very clean and the balcony is very large. Our entire family of 7 adults spent a lot of time out there and LOVED the round daybed! The location could not be better! We walked to shops and restaurants with our favorite place being The Hangout.
The only complaint which really has nothing to do with the unit was the elevators. One day only one elevator was able to be used. However, during that time they sent a doorman that helped move things along. I’ve sat waaaayyy longer at condos with all elevators running. Everyone in the area was super nice amd friendly. We utilized the volleyball net downstairs and my daughter actually got engaged down at the beach while we we there. Thank you for sharing your place with us!
The condo itself was amazing. Could use a new mattress on the guest room bed before long though. Could also use a weatherstripping on bottom of front door. Big gap underneath.
The elevator and parking situation was terrible. It took us 2 hours to try to get our stuff down to the vehicle and just finally left some of it because we had to carry our stuff down 10 flights of stairs 2 times. The parking was terrible and found out they were selling parking passes to people not even staying there. Not exceptible.
The condo was great, had everything we needed. The only issue was the elevators. They would commonly get stuck. During the day they had elevator monitors who had keys to restart the elevator but they weren't there at night and we would frequently get stuck. Overall though we had a great long weekend at the place!
Need more elevators , 1 of the 2 was down so the one elevator had long wait forcing lot of people to use stairs that should not have been using the stairs . Other than elevators great place.
This condo had everything we needed. There was 8 of us 4 adults, 4 teenagers. Plenty of towels and dishes and when we got to the condo we had shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dishwasher and dish soap, as well as some trash bags and laundry detergent. We had plenty of room for all of us. The beds were very comfortable! Plenty of dishes. Only complaints, the ice maker only made 8 pieces of ice while we were there but there is a ice machine on the premises (cheaper across the street). There is only 1 hair dryer so we all had to share that (could use another one). The elevators weren't bad, the longest we waited was the day we were leaving and one had broke down so only 1 was functioning. They do have people manning the elevators so it made it much easier and less of a wait time. (If you become friendly with the people manning the elevators...they remember what floor you are on and come back to get you if the elevator is full) ;) Great trip, we came in 5th for our division!! We would definitely rent this condo again!! Thanks!
