In the middle of a garden with swimming pool, the house has a living room (40 m2) comprising the living room, the dining room with an open kitchen. Three bedrooms, all equipped with a closet, have single and double beds to accommodate 6 people (family or friends.). A bathroom with walk-in shower and separate wc plus wc complete the accommodation. On site, access to the swimming pool (4.25 x 2.25 x 1.40), to the forest and its sports course and to the cycle paths for Le Grand Village, La Cotinière, Dolus D'Oléron or the Château d'Oléron . Bikes, excluding rental, are available as is. On the beach of Vert Bois, with lifeguard, 10 minutes on foot, Surf School, Sand yachting school (Wind Oléron Club), rescue and fast food school
