Fancy a romantic or family weekend,

Between land and sea, quiet, a charming farmhouse (furnished with 3-star tourism), fully renovated, located a stone's throw from the sea and several beautiful beaches, will welcome you comfortably: enjoy a friendly atmosphere, a careful decoration and complete equipment for a successful stay.

Chic and contemporary allure for this old farmhouse revisited in a natural and refined spirit. Available with the elements: sea spray, wind and seagulls! White, gray, blue, books and games.

The house is located near major tourist sites: the island of Molène, the island of Ouessant, the exceptional site of the Pointe Saint Mathieu lighthouse and its abbey, the fort of Bertheaume and its adventure course but also the swimming pool. sea water 800 m away, the cinema, the crêperies, biscuit factory and gourmet restaurants and 20 min by car from Brest, its castle and its commercial port.

You will access this independent longère on the ground floor and will have a private terrace area and its outdoor lounge to relax, have a drink or have a snack. Barbecue available.

Entrance open onto a corridor leading to a bathroom, an SDD with its workshop-style canopy (1 walk-in shower 90x90, basin, shelves, storage unit, hairdryer, washing machine and towel dryer), a bright and sunny living room of 30m2 with relaxation area (Wifi & TV) and family dining area. The kitchen, fully equipped, will allow you to concoct delicious meals on the return from your iodized walks.
A staircase gives access to a double bedroom (2 beds of 70, 1 chest of drawers and 1 coffee table).
A walkway, with a sea view over the Goulet de Brest, serves a cozy little cocoon of raw wood in a fisherman's hut style, ideal for Robinsons (1 bed, 1 storage unit, games and books), a master bedroom (king size bed) , storage in raw wood planks and nesting tables), a small office area and a relaxation area in a catamaran net for a nap, head in the clouds or under the starry sky (optional and free of charge).

Traumhafte Wohnung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Ludovic ist ein sympathischer Gastgeber welcher sich viel Mühe gibt mit guten Tipps. Die Wohnung ist so schön wie die Bilder im Internet. Entspannung pur an der stürmischen Küste.

Wunderschönes Kleinod

Wir haben zwei sehr erholsame Wochen in diesem idyllischen Ferienhäuschen verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Das "Liege-Netz" war der Hit bei den Kindern und wir Erwachsenen haben die Sitzecke im Garten sehr genossen. Das Ferienhäuschen ist unheimlich liebevoll eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Ludovic und Laurence haben uns gleich am ersten Tag mit hilfreichen Tips für Ausflüge in der Umgebung ausgestattet und waren jederzeit ansprechbar. Gerne wieder!

Cosy welcoming lodge - great place to stay

We enjoyed a great week at Laurences and Ludovics Lodge. The house is so cosy and well equiped, we all were really sad to leave. We all agree, it was one of the very best houses we ever stayed during vacation. Sehr liebevolle Unterkunft

Beim ankommen lief alles ohne Schwierigkeiten. Wir waren svhon oft in Frankreich, aber nirgendwo war es so herzlich. Es fand eine gute Kommunikation mit unseren Vermietern statt. Die beiden waren sehr nett und standen uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Zusätzlich haben wir viele Tipps zur Gegend bekommen. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders toll, war das große Netz zum liegen. Für eine Familie eine tolle große. Auf der Terasse konnten wir frühstücken oder grillen. Auch wenn der Platz dort etwas klein ist, ging es ganz gut. Auch wenn wir nicht so viel Glück mit dem Wetter hatten, war es wegen dem Haus trotzdem gemütlich. Wir können nur Danke sagen.

Tres beau gite, bien aménagé et fonctionnel, propriétaires sur place, discrets et hyper sympas, a l'ecoute et disponibles pour partager les bons plans, conseils... nous etions une famille de 2 adultes + 3 enfants dont un bébé, gite convient parfaitement.

Le pour et le contre

Positif : - propreté du gîte : tout était absolument impeccable ; - équipement, confort, aménagement : au top ; - emplacement géographique : proche de plusieurs sites intéressants comme la pointe St Mathieu et Le Conquet, de belles balades à proximité. Négatifs : - même si le gîte est très lumineux ce qui est bien sûr très agréable, aucune possibilité d’ouvrir au rez-de-chaussée à part la porte d'entrée qui donne sur un couloir) et, à l'étage, seulement 1 petit velux dans 2 des chambres (il suffit de quelques gouttes de pluie obligeant à les fermer pour se retrouver complètement enfermé) ; la 3e chambre n’a aucun ouvrant vers l’extérieur (claustrophobe s’abstenir !) ; - la partie du jardin à disposition de la location est anecdotique (plus que minimale) et inutilisable quand les propriétaires sont présents étant donné la proximité directe et qu'ils l'utilisent largement de leur côté ; - la configuration des lieux (velux des chambres donnant sur le jardin : seuls ouvrants, je le rappelle) fait que la vie sociale des propriétaires nous a malheureusement causé des nuisances ; - enfin, 2 des chambres ne sont vraiment pas adaptées pour des adultes, la location devrait donc préciser 2 adultes et 3 enfants. Ceci dit, avec des enfants, le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de toilettes à l'étage et la dangerosité de l'escalier peut poser problème... La météo durant notre séjour a bien sûr eu des effets importants sur notre ressenti : la chaleur étouffante étant impossible à évacuer !

Ein Ort zum absoluten Ausspannen

Wir haben schon viele Ferienhäuser kennen lernen dürfen, aber keines hat uns bislang so gut gefallen, wie das Haus von Laurence und Ludovic. Wenn Dir beim Betreten Tränen des Glücks in die Augen steigen und Du nie wieder fort willst, dann hast Du den idealen Platz gefunden, um einmal absolute Entspannung zu finden. Beigetragen dazu haben all die Dinge und Freundlichkeiten, die hier schon ganz oft genannt wurden: die Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber, das Netz, die großen Fenster und die vielen kleinen Details bei der Einrichtung. Es macht einfach einen Unterschied, wenn Du merkst, dass Menschen viel Liebe hinein gesteckt haben. Darum 100-prozentige Empfehlung und gleichzeitig eine Warnung: Das Haus macht süchtig und man möchte am liebsten nie wieder weg! :-) Danke für alles, liebe Laurence und lieber Ludovic!

wonderful holiday in an very nice house

Wir waren zwei Wochen in dem wunderschön eingerichteten Ferienhaus bei Laurence und Ludovic. Die Wohnung ist charmant und sehr geschmackvoll dekoriert. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Hängematte ist wirklich bequem und auch der Sitzplatz im Garten hat uns gut gefallen. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns viele Tipps für einen schönen Urlaub gegeben. Wir durften auch unsere mitgebrachten Fahrräder in einer Gararage abstellen. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Laurence et Luvodic, merci pour des vacances inoubliables et peut-être à bientôt!

Wohlfühloase

Vom ersten Moment fühlten wir uns unglaublich wohl in der sauberen und modernen Unterkunft. Das gemütlich und bis ins kleinste Detail stimmig eingerichtete Ferienhaus lies keine Wünsche offen. Einen großen Komfort bot die Hängematte und die großen Fenster, die das Haus mit Sonnenlicht erstrahlen ließen. Unsere Gastgeber Laurence und Ludovic gaben uns sehr wertvolle Tipps. Den Strand konnten wir zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichen. Wir genossen Abendspaziergänge auf dem atemberaubenden Küstenwanderweg GR 34. Am Strand konnten wir sogar Delphine und einen Seehund in freier Natur bestaunen. Dies war einer unserer schönsten Urlaube! Danke Laurence und Ludovic!
